Windows 10 is bad because I say so.

Windows 10 goes to 100% CPU usage when playing sound through my Fiio E10K usb DAC. I've tried using generic usb audio drivers and Fiio's drivers, both have the same issue.
I then tried it on another Windows 10 machine and it was absolutely fine. So I checked the driver versions on the good machine, and installed those drivers on the bad machine.
And it still has the problem.
Yes, it was a fresh install, so no bitcoin mining notavirus.exe shit, and it goes from 0% to 100% as soon as sound plays, be it foobar, a game or youtube. Process is system interrupts. Doesn't do it with the onboard sound, and other USB devices are fine.
Such a shitty, unpredictable OS, this stuff is natively supported on Linux.
Tell me /g/, why dont you own a 16:10 monitor with a shit ton of connectors?

LibreOffice is fucking shit.
I don't use it often, but whenever I need it, I always spend 80% of my time with just trying to get the fucking thing it to work.
I've just spent half an hour wrestling with trying to have a different header on the first page, but same footer. Whenever I choose a setting, the wrong thing changes, or changes in the opposite way I imagine.
Headers and Footers are either not intuitive or just plain fucking broken.
So I've had enough. Fuck LibreOffice .

Is it possible to unsolder a CMOS sensor from one mouse, solder it to another and still regain its proper capability? Bought a shit mouse to replace a decent one that had its buttons practically not working but would like to still use the sensor from the good one.
Rather than trying to desolder 8-16 pins and possibly not fixing the good mouse anyway why not just take the micro switches out of the shit mouse?
Not unless they're one to one compatible. Why not just fix the broken buttons using the ones from the good one and macguyver it.
Might just sound way too picky, but I never liked the feel and surface of the good mouse, it's glossy and white so it gets dirty every single day (yes I wash my fucking hands, almost compulsive with that) and the button section just feels cheap, it's like it is only covered in a thin plastic.
I already had to swap the usb cable because of the shit mouse having a cable shorter than my dick, which led to some moding as the connector wasn't in the correct order. So since I'm working on it, might as well go full retard on it.
The good mouse has a chip in it though, hopefully it is not to help process the scan of the sensor or that will just lead to way too much of a hassle.

Is there any legit way to put imessage on a pc? I've been looking into it, but aside from downloading some virus ridden "app", I haven't found much on it. pic not related
As an avid Hackintosh user, I can shine some light on this. Basically, it's a clusterfuck of authentication hoops. Using it on a Hackintosh requires either a serial number (serial might not be the right term here) stripped from a legit Mac or generated. The device also has to have some nvram fix, blah, blah, the process has been simplified from what it used to be but going as far as porting it still seems next to impossible without having some underlying knowledge of iMessage and probably the source code.
