I need a new card and my budget is ~$200.
I'm looking at an EVGA GTX 960 and the new RX 480.
I don't do VR but I occasionally play some games with my friends. I honestly don't believe it will burn down my house but I am kind of worried about heat and a few other things people have been saying about the 480.
I don't use Windows, especially since Linux supports all of the games I play just fine, they're just unplayable with my $50 card.
Which should I get and if it's the 480 what's the shit I should look out for/get along with it, like a cooler or something.

Thats a USB 1.1 or 2.0 line.
VDD = Power +5V DC
GND = Ground (0V)
D+ / D- = Data differential pairs.
S = Shield (usually grounded)
Whats wrong with them? Solder joints looks crusty, reflow them.

I set up my phone to mirror on my pc using Vysor. If I open snapchat and take a screenshot of a snap using alt+print screen will it send notification to the sender?

It shouldnt because at that point you are not screenshotting on the device, you are essentially just taking a photograph from outside. But you do realize there are other ways to save snapchats with no notification besides this, right?

Well for one, there are third party snapchat apps like Casper that autosave snaps and videos.
And I know before Xposed on Android started to have issues working with Lollipop and M, you could install a specific version of snapchat that matched up with the Xposed module "Snapprefs" that would autosave as well with no notification because it wasn't screenshotting, just saving what comes in.

Because everyone I know uses whatsapp to communicate nowadays, so I just grabbed a 70€ one.
I tried one a few years ago but I didn't like it. I just use my cell phone to call my mom so I really don't need many features.
