This is what you get when you try to "diversify" your workplace and you start hiring women. I've seen the same shit happen to one other company I used to work for.. company was great until CEO read some book on workplace diversity and hired about a dozen women to make the place "better" and then the company culture went to shit and best engineers started leaving. The company is now a zombie.

It is, the only issue with it was that i had to hold a key for a pretty damn long time before i could put a diacritic sign, fixed in 10.3.1

No apps. Seriously, the one of the few and the biggest downside to the platform.
It's not even near the god's forgotten microsoft store.
And while it's convenient to be able to install and use android apps, I don't consider them to be a good alternative. The performance issues are noticeable (they run like they would on android - meaning they run like shit)

No, it's bland and lifeless. Flat design is lazy and uninspired. The whole industry is latching on to it because it's an easy fad to follow, but it looks far worse than the nice gradients and opacity we had before.
Just because it's different, that doesn't make it better. A good design is timeless, a fad (like what we're seeing now) gets dated.
