GPUs are vastly used in the ML field. As it gets increasingly popular in the industry, I can only see how GPUs will become more important for "productive" computations.
I'm not totally aware of how AMD cards compare when used for ML, but I think that the benchmarks give a good picture.
Alright faggots, give me a little help here, cause I'm stuck. Windows update isn't doing shit and my license almost expires. I have to update to a new build, but after the reboot nothing happens and I can start all over again. If I want to install with USB, I have to wipe my entire boot.
Any ideas?

Intel is the way to go as AMD has shat the bed. There's little reason to buy anything else but Skylake atm, so just pick a 6500 or 6600 or something. Whether quad core is enough depends on your needs.
