What do you need unit tests for, anon? Why don't you just to it right the first time?

>>
>>55561776
>do it right the first time
I'm sure that's possible

But anyway, unit tests are important because units are typically large. And you typically test that they work with other layers that are mocked out
>>
>>55561776
>Why don't you just to it right the first time?
because theres always a second and third time but the code still has to pass all tests the first version did.
>>
lol why even write code to do any task? why not just do the task yourself? :/

dunno I tried to find the post by moxie on signal blog about the same topic. it was a section in one of the longer ones, maybe the "ecosystem is moving" unfederated xmpp one.

but no not a shill. I actually thing TC is a joke but that article came up and explains it.

your contacts are a social network = where does my phone end and the internet begin

Ever since smartphones made it into the mainstream there really hasn't been any defined border. The best you can do as an individual is try to exercise some semblance of control through app settings.

I just tried vr porn for the first time and holy shit, this is amazing. we can safely say that women are obsolete. I was using a gear vr knock-off and a chink phone and a legit vr, like oculus or vive must be much better. how can anyone say vr is a gimmick?

VR porn is only amazing because VR in general is amazing

But yes, I agree that women really are obsolete now

when will companies release their new GPUs with HBM2 memory stacks?

from the research i have done it seems like every generation of graphics card that will be released with HBM2 memory will be VR capable no matter how low end the card
4 posts and 1 images submitted.
>>
do any of you know what HBM2 is?
or that samsung just recently started mass producing these stacks??
>>
>>55561442
RX480 and GTX1060 don't use HBM2 and both are considered VR ready. If you're really that interested in VR you'd either already have it, or you'll be waiting for 2nd generation headsets in which case you don't have to worry about graphics cards for another year or two anyways.
>>
>>55562817
my question was more or less should i drop 700+ on a gtx 1080 then watch as a year later its memory standard is replaced with somthing significantly better no matter the price point

or should i just wait for HBM2 to come out and spend 700+ then
