got a high-end Dlink router as a refurb on Newegg for around $40. Works like a charm, and even if it breaks i'll have paid like 1/3 of what it costs new.

Whichever is the better deal. I love Sapphire's 480, it's so nice looking. Too bad even two would just be a sidegrade at best.

I was going to get a 480 myself but I really don't need it, whilst my CPU is shite and needs upgrading my GPU is fine for my needs (R9 285)

I wish I didn't have to get new cards. I'm just hitting the vram ceiling too often. It's really a waste because the actual raw performance of them is fantastic. (those cards are 970's)

My previous system actually was a FX6300. It's a decent little chip. I think I OC'd it to 4.3 stable which wasn't too good. I try not to upgrade more than once every 3 or 4 years.

Raspberry pis are great for projects like they are made for, if you want to learn linux put it on a desktop. Also what is it about Linux that you want to learn?

I bought a raspberry pi and i use it as a mobile gaming device that i take to my friends LAN parties where we play diablo 2. I have it attatched to the back of an old monitor i have and just bring a small keyboard and wireless mouse while running d2 in wine. I dont know why but its pretty comfy

If you want the speed of a 6s in the frame of a 5s, it's wonderful. Not much else to say really. I also prefer smaller screens. No use in slab-like, penis-compensating monstrosities.
