Pay the bill or give it back, tyrone.
So my cpu may cause end up causing a house fire. Im guessing it just started doing this since i bought my second monitor. Would that cause it to reach that temp? Even idling its jumping from 90-97 which makes me think it may be the paste. Ill probably pick some up tonight
Also im planning on upgrading something on my pc soon and im guessing the cpu would be the best start. Any suggestions?
Ill probably have to upgrade my shitty mobo as well.
>>53789396
It's probably not going to cause a fire but it may start to melt the mobo and is certainly damaging the CPU.
I would be more concerned that it isn't auto shutting off on overheat. That could cause a fire because you without it turning off it could reach much higher temps..
speccy isn't always the best program for temps, use some other program to check.
>>53789471
In the bios its sitting at around 70-75 which is still fairly high for doing basically nothing.

I'm looking for an upgrade from an iPhone 4S and lately I've been looking into other manufacturers but all the new phones seem to be missing features that previous models had. Is there a phone that has these things?

>USB type C
>quick charge
>wireless charge
>replaceable battery
>up to date specs

Finally visual studio is faster to install and launch.
There are all the modern tools for native linux server development.
You can code and build apps with cordova, xamarin, qt and unity very quickly.
So is it the ultimate ide?
I use it but can't notice speedup at launch.
This is the url to download the preview.

Which companies do you expect do to something? Google will probably do some bullshit again. Who else? Apple? Samsung? HTC? Bad Dragon?

Same op from yesterdays thread.
Just because I forgot and wanted to clarify , I did had auto updates off. I didn't want that shit at all and had them all turned off. I was mid game and it just hit me with the blue "restarting" screen. Then when it came back it was just the windows updating screen. It slowed my pc down at first for a few hours but I fixed it up a bit and now its fine. Still pissed as hell about this though.
>>53788074
You've tried aegis-voat?
>>53788119
No I didn't, I looked at it and thought about it but got lazy and put it off. My fault for not being careful and trusting that windows wouldn't rape me if I left it alone.
What version of Windows did you have before?
Did you disable updates before or after GWX managed to download Win10 to your PC?
Did you keep installing updates manually after disabling automatic updates?
/g/ I need your help bad.
What's the quickest/easiest way to remove my personal info from search queries? I'm applying for colleges and I basically just want to make sure that my internet record (for search engines at least) is somewhat hard to find.
You can't.
This is why google is botnet.
You can't do a such thing, you think you can force a website to remove themselves from search engines? No you can't it's their right.
>>53787993
You shouldn't have let your information get into circulation on publically accessible websites in the first place

>>53787701
Will my 9500 GT still get updates?
>>53787701
This is what I like about NVIDIA. An almost 10 year old card still getting updates.
AMD discontinued my old HD4650 3 years ago.
Yesterday I fell for the SSD meme and I'm having problems trying to move just my OS to the stupid thing. My original HDD is over 400gb and the SSD is only 250. I have no clue how to do this though
I assume from the difficulty you are experiencing that you are running Windows?
If so, just backup and install fresh.
>>53787659
You're right about Windows lol
I'd rather not do a fresh install if I don't /have/ to
Step 1: Clone drive with macrium reflect
Step 2: There is no step 2
Is it worth getting, /g/?
What do you want it for?
Me and three other g/entoomen that I work with configure and support MikroTiks full time. None of us have any certs - just learned on the job - but we are bloody good at it.
Now that MikroTiks are well established, when we hire someone else I would favour candidates who have a MT cert and/or can demonstrate 1+ years of practical experience with them.
Posted from the land of Britfaggery.
I would say do it. Since you're already in an applicable job, it shows growth.
I'm sick of consoles and now have some money to buy a GTX980 edition
http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/TxJ67P
Prices are in AUD so it comes out close to $2000
Anything could do better/cheaper? It's gonna be my first build.
also sorry for transparent firefox
Also I'm gonna embrace the spynet with Win10 as an OS. I know it's Win10 but it's free and I only want to use it for vidya and VR
