Anons, I need some MP3 player help.
Over the past decade or so, I have ran though a myriad MP3 players. Various brands and models. All have went to the wayside, due to:
>randomly stop working anymore
>stop functioning correctly
>won't take a charge
>won't take audio files anymore (acts like they're all corrupt)
>flat-out just stops working
Anons, please, can you recommend a good MP3 player...

I'm thinking of buying a Soulution 511.
Should I really drop 25k on an audiophile amplifier?
Get the Rx 480 instead.

u are retard?
here is the question
>>55321722
It sounds fantastic though.
Why is the filesize limit on 4chan so low? Every picture I take on my phone or camera has to be scaled down quite a lot because they are too big.

>>55321627
It's way too large already.
You don't need to post a lossless image of your desktop etc.

Hello my friends.
I need a hand to set up a network.
The problem is the following.
There is no internet in my neighborhood, but the next hood, about 15 blocks have. so i bought an external wifi antenna (pic related ), I'm audited (steal) passwords from my fortunate neighbors.
My question is, how can i spread this conection to other devices in my house.
Thanks in advance.
I have knowledge auditing, coding php, mysql, java, html and less for those who need help in any of these topics.
>>55321617
anyone ?
do i need a router ? how's the conection on that case ?
>>55321797
shameless bump
>>55321617
Just google wifi router, pick one which has 5 ports (wan + 4 lan)
Put your magic internet box into wan, pc and playstation into lan, iphone crap will connect via wifi.
To configure your new magick router, you, need to read and write, ask somebody for help.
Pick the cheapest router, you wont be able to tell the difference if you have to ask. Tp-link is the brand for you.
Hey /g/, I'm trying to gauge interest in a potential startup, in light of the EV thread.
What would it take for you to commute by e-bike or light electric scooter most days of the week?
Elevated bike lanes away from the fucking welfare trash running people over with their cars.
+50 years of age so I can't ride a regular bike anymore.
Make it not rain all the fucking time and remove all cars from the roads.

This ain't a shitpost because I'm genuinely curious... Why did you move from Windows 7?
its faster and free
>>55321477
The real question is why didn't I move from MS Windows to GNU/Linux sooner?
its faster, works great and I have no problems with it. Now fuck off

I understand many of you will be seeing this and thinking omds what a n00B.
I've always been interested in coding etc but the sheer number of 'tutorial videos' and 'free helpbooks' just baffled me.
Anyone have a genuine good starting point? A way to learn java and C++ etc
bump??
>>55321409
Since you're too lazy to start reading the 'free helpbooks ' and watching the 'tutorial videos', find out when and where a Java or c++ class starts at your local college for the fall semester. Then just sit in that class and learn since the professor has everything planned out for you. Unless the professor or TA's check to make sure everyone there is supposed to be there, you basically get to take the class for free.
>>55322025
This, honestly.
>Inb4 OP is too lazy to sit in a class and absorb information
Good luck building anything on your own.
While using my PC i will sometimes hear the indicator noise windows 10 makes when you unplug a device, when that happens all of my devices shut down. my mouse my wifi adapter my keyboard everything that uses usb. I wonder if my motherboard is about ready to die and I am worried.
install gentoo
Is it on the case or directly on mobo?
>>55321342
Go back to your previous OS. Windows 10 has been making havok amongst user PC's lately due to forced updates. I'm back to windows 7
Is Ubuntu any good?
Yes, the best distro family after Fedora

The Flavors are okay, but nothing especially great either.
With Tom's Hardware reporting that the RX 480 draws (substantailly) more than the 75W allowed from the motherboard (for example, the PCI Express high-power card spec allows a mazimum of 66W to be drawn from the 12V pins of the PCI Express slot, and the RX 480 averages79W from the 12V lines alone) AMD seems to be violating the PCI Express(R) spec.
According to the licensing contract for the spec, if they do not fix this within 3 months, AMD will NOT be able to call the card a PCI Express card. If they do, they face not only litigation, but if my understanding is correct...

Lifelong AMD fan here... put me on SUICIDE WATCH because I got BTFO
NEW DRIVER IS NOW OUT
HOW DID IT DO?
I don't know if you guys are interested in this but it's /g/ and also /an/ related. I use a controller that's programmable in a pesduo computer language that pretty much automates everything in my marine aquarium. It's port fowarded out to the web to allow for remote control and notifications.
If something goes horribly wrong (i.e a leak or massive pH/temp swings) it will send out alarms via SMS and automatically take mitigating steps such as cutting off pumps/heaters or dosing chemicals.

I forgot to mention the code and real time stats are publicly viewable here.
Oh yeah can't forget the guts. At the core of this is really just a fancy programmable power strip.
>>55321438
and the actual tank itself
I just got 12 of similar to pic related for free, they have passive cooling so they are cool for bitching with them or having them as a seedbox I plugged a couple and they turn on and stuff (on light and PSU fan spining) but they send no signal to monitor
Any idea?
I will keep trying the other ones anyways maybe I got broken ones but they look fine

Do they not POST at all?
They're neat little things.
