How'd I do /g/?
I assume you already have a case:
Nothing immediately bad jumps out to me. It seems fine.
Good GPU choice. Has HDMI 2.0 and HEVC decoding. Power supply could be better, "Gold" doesn't say shit except for efficiency (get something mid-range Corsair if you want to stay cheap). AMD is decent at this price point.

Play modern games on high/ultra graphics with 60fps at 1440 by 900. I want to get maximum performance on Dota 2 and be able to play Fallout 4, Witcher 3, etc. I also want to be able to stream, say Dark Souls 2, and make videos and music.
>Side notes:
The hard drive was free and I have it laying around from a mining machine, it has linux on it, which I want to use as my main OS (most likely with gentoo), but I also want to play video...

>tl;dr I am looking to get into filming and editing music videos.
>looking for basically the cheapest respectable full hd camera
what do I mean by that?
basically the lowest on the bar to shoot a high quality music video without the type of budget high end artists / producers my have.
Between my group of friends I have a passionate and locally successful rap artist, a friend who is passionate and skilled about music producing (which I am too), a friend who is passionate (but does not have the money for) directing (he has a lot of story boarded movies for the sake of practice). We already have a skilled producer and I've lost my passion for being an artist but I would like to start filming for my buddy.
your help is greatly appreciated as I am in the very beginning stages of learning film equipment.

Hey /g/ anyone care to explain what the things at the top are?
Also share some infographics like this if you have
Just look it up yourself pussy brah, what are you, scared?
Also that list, like most "levels of secrecy" lists, is bullshit for the most part. If it was secret it wouldn't be on an infograph that some 14 year old asks about on here every other week.
>>52028248
I looked them up can't seem to find anything
I have access to PALMYRA
Ask me anything
I've looked this up on google and all the answers are not what I'm looking for
I'm trying to login to my brother's laptop and only know his pin, but the laptop only has an option for his password. How do I change my login options to include entering a pin? No settings have been changed since i last logged in, and I think I'm getting this issue because of restarting the pc after running MBAM.

They're basically the same price once I match them as much as possible.

How can I learn to do the Linux?
I'm looking to learn enough to where I can replace Windows with it eventually on my laptop. The only game I play is CS: GO.
Everytime I end up installing Ubuntu, I end up getting pissed at small things. Things like the mouse sensitivity being weird, it being slow, or the install getting fucked after changing nothing. It just seems unstable in general.
I also need help in picking a distro, I heard Ubuntu is shit and noob friendly. If I am going to put effort into learning this shit, I might as well learn a good distro.
Things I need.
-Decent FPS in Steam games
-Proper Nvidia drivers (with optimus)
-3840x1260 Support with scaling
-Proper multitouch touchpad gestures
-It be snappy
Right now I am just fucking around on distros in a VM, is this fine? How is Driver support with a Lenovo Y50?
>>52026992
Either use a VM to run different linux distros to try them out or use a usb installer to run linux off of a usb.
>>52026992
Arch in a VM with xfce
Spend a few days setting shit up, customising it
Migrate the install to your computer
Xfce and arch is bretty comfy op

>I heard Ubuntu is shit and noob friendly. If I am going to put effort into learning this shit, I might as well learn a good distro.
Just run Linux Mint, which is branched off Ubuntu, but without the weird Unity UI. No distribution comes close to the support of the Ubuntu community and forums.
Arch user are like vegans and atheists. They can't keep it to themselves or they will explode.
That applies to most freetards
>>52026741
No, only Arch. I know plenty of Slackware, Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora, Suse users who just use it for real work and stfu. Arch babbies think they've accomplished something by using it.

I'm sorry, are you saying that you stored something you wanted to keep on an external drive with no formal of backup? That would be irresponsible at best.
To try remedy your stupidity, the control boards have a tendency to die before the HDD. If you're lucky you can salvage the drive.
