Spybot safe to download?
Fuck off pajeet
Spybot is still relevant?
Spybot... that sounds like a program where you lube up your anus, open it up, and take all of the botnet in, balls deep.
Is this accurate?

Yep. That last row sums up my experience with Android development initially. I got used to it though. I would like to try XCode but I don't want to buy a Mac.
>>53653207
If you have downs, sure. It's not hard to keep your Android shit in check.
However, I agree 100% it has much room for improvement.

I bought a computer a year ago and the guy had Linux Qubes on it for "security" I didn't do anything with it till I wiped the hard drive and installed Windows 7. Anyone know why he would have such a weird distro on it?
I found its easier not to question the strangeness of people who even know what Linux is.
>>53653193
What's weird is that dumb fuck didn't destroy the drives and just offload the comp without them
>>53653193
If you wanted to know you probably shouldn't have formatted and dug the disk and attempted to find if the faggot set the encryption correctly.
Why is Python so much more complicated than PHP?
I thought this shit was supposed to be streamlined in comparison.
But you need some autistic "framework" where you create "apps" and "views" and import libraries and a url index
All that just so you don't have to type semicolons?from django.shortcuts import render
from django.http import HttpResponse
def index(request):
str = "hello world"
return HttpResponse(str)
compared to<?php
echo...

>Why is Python so much more complicated than PHP?
Because it wasn't meant to be a hypertext preprocessor.
>I thought this shit was supposed to be streamlined in comparison.
It is, no begin/end blocks, no line separators.
>But you need some autistic "framework" where you create "apps" and "views" and import libraries and a url index
No, you don't.

How comes we went from having houndreds of knock-off consoles on the 8-bit and 16-bit era that were on par with the real consoles in terms of power to...well...not having anything even near that after from the 5th generation onward?
What changed in the components that made this impossible? or was it something related to laws changing or the market changing? I kinda doubt it was law related, at least entirety, since there's shit loads of countries where copyright laws are thin at best.
Pic unrelated.
Here is a better place for your post.

Earlier software was easier to replicate modern stuff takes years of hard work and lots of money making it almost impossible for smaller companies to compete

Happened to me before, just had to reapply thermal paste on my heatsink

I'll do that in a few minutes thank you. I got a new cpu yesterday and that may be the problem.
I just realized that I'm not supposed to ask for tech support on here. Sorry guys.

Seiki 42" 4k 60hz led tv
$239 on woot.com right now
Is this useable as a monitor? I want the extra real estate for IDEs
107 PPI comparable to 1080p 20" monitor.
And unlike the last cheap seiki this one does 60hz. There's also a "pc mode" firmware upgrade to reduce mouse lag
here was that famous post

and note that was regarding the old model that only does 30hz

I have a passworded HDD from an old laptop that I'd really like to make use of but I can't for the life of me figure out a way to remove the damn password, and it seems like this computer is absolutely outright refusing to actually let me use it.
I've googled the shit out of this and all I can find is people whining that they lost their data, but I don't give a flying fuck about the data since it's a formatted hard drive. I just want to be able to access it, format it, and use it to store shit on it.
I can view it with the command line...

Run diskpart. use that to just completely clean the drive. should remove the password.
commands are something like :
DISKPART
LIST DISKS
SELECT DISK *
CLEAN
CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY
NONE OF THAT NEEDS TO BE IN CAPS.

nothin doin
if hard disk is locked then you wont be sble to until you unlock it. im talking about locked, as in old xbox (original) days. what laptop is it?
Why is RAM still so expensive and before you start talking shit.
64 GB SSD - $20
64 GB HDD - $2
64GB RAM - $800
WHAT THE FUCK
hdd's are not chips
ssd's are significantly lower quality and BECOME USELESS AFTER A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF WRITES
DRAM =/= NAND flash
Why does this RAM have an SLI sticker on it?
