It's so easy especially if you're using Winforms. Just try get familiar with dot net framework

Then skim trough some programs and tutorials, it can be done if visual basic is half-decent language.
Read a simple tutorial and look at some code to get a general idea of it. After that look at tutorials that cover what you'll need to do.
All of this only applies if you can already code in at least three languages, otherwise you're basically fucked.
