What's in your wallet, /g/? Anyone into credit card churning? I'm just getting started, just got approved for a Chase Sapphire Preferred. Going to add the CFU, and maybe the Chase Southwest or United cards.
Churning seems like a ridiculous amount of work for the level of benefit. Lemme guess, you clip every coupon you see in life and you don't tip, right? I would hate to live as a slave to savings.

AmEx SERVE for ISIS wallet. I can post a pic if anyone's interested. Every dollar I spend via NFC up to 20 dollars gave a dollar back, and once a month I got 20 back on a 20 dollar or more purchase.
Is there a debian-based distro with sane defaults + nice DM + works out of the box ?
I like debian because muh freedomz, but I don't feel like choosing a display manager from scratch and spending hours configuring it with themes and shit.
Its worth it.
If you want to evade oobango and bulgarian mint.
And you can pick your DE during install, and later just theme it.
Drivers can be a bitch on some machines though

Hi /g/, can you help a newfag download some images off a tor archive? I was told I need some kind of scraper to do so. Please?
illegal
Starting Dec anyone using Tor is labelled as a criminal by the Feds, and they'll search everything .
You should come down to your local law enforcement agency and they'll assist you with it.
Do you guys remember when iOS did not suck?
Just found an old iPod Touch at my house and it is old enough it can't be updated.
>>54449261
No I don't remember because it is still the only relevant OS

Hey /g/uys
I'm new to using crouton (honestly linux in general) and I recently got tor for my system.
However, when I run the start command it isn't actually doing what I was told it would do (open tor term and then firefox)
I honestly don't know what I'm doing, but if someone could explain it that would be awesome.
>pic related, result of command croutonversion
>>54449245
Can you give more context? Tor version, and what's the term output when you open tor
>>54449683
I have 5.5.5 for 32bit Linux
I'll be honest, I don't know tonnes about all this, so if I do anything incredibly stupid, or ask an incredibly stupid question, don't be surpised.
you're not one of those people who confuse "tor" with "tor browser bundle", are you?
Is this the most stupid tech related post you've ever seen?

Probably mobile chipset, for some reason Nvidia puts huge amounts of memory on mobile chipsets, GTX 970M/980M and even the full GTX980 chipset for mobiles all have 8GB.

Anyone have experience with Owncloud?
I will be setting up a little 2TB cloud instance for a company and they seem to be set on it. After some brief research, it seems like Owncloud has some issues with file sync speed and some people even complained about missing files.
Anyone have any input on this or possible good alternatives? Looking for something simple, stable, and quick if possible.
With such large amount of storage I would recomend you Seafile. Its much more performance efficient. Yes files are sometimes missing in Owncloud. Because the sync is sometimes not working probably.
>>54448963
I have a Seafile server as well. It's amazingly easy to setup and runs really stable and fast.
Throw dat bitch on RAID 1 on CentOS or Ubuntu and call it a day
I ran a personal owncloud server. It's slow if you have several small files instead of few large ones. I started developing a simpler solution using SSHFS. OwnCloud is good if you want something simple, but if it's 2TB with, say, 10k files, leave that syncing over night.
SeaFile uses its own filesystem that breaks files up in chunks, so keep in mind you won't have direct access to your files on disk, only through SeaFile.
