Does anyone here have a cassette recorder? I want to ask a favor of you.
I've written a program that converts data to an audio signal, and converts the audio signal back to data.
I currently have it working reliably with two different cassette recorders that I own, but I want to know if it works with other cassette recorders as well (since every recorder differentiates the signal in a different way).
I'll post a flac recording of the signal, and if you have a tape recorder, please record the signal on a tape, and link to a flac recording of the...

I don't currently have the space to house a CRT, so I'd like to hook my N64 and original Xbox into my LCD monitor at my desk. The monitor supports HDMI, DV-i and VGA input. I was going to spring for a component to HDMI converter, but I've heard there is a severe loss of quality in doing so, atleast with an affordable converter.
So, what's my best option with the inputs available? I'd also prefer not to hard-mod either of the consoles, but I don't totally object to it if that's the ideal way.

So I was about to sign in to my YouTube account on a computer that I have never used, yet somehow, it already had my username and gave me a prompt for my password. I've never seen this happen. It's probably the easiest platform to get into. You need a Mac. The apple developer website has insane amounts of documentation.
My favorite bit is that they even have whole sample apps that they build step by step showing you concepts and code at once.
Being able to visially manipulate the interface at first is awesome too fopr beginners. And there are few platforms with as much good documentation to build for.

Elegant as in design of the card shroud, not too many angles or vibrant colors. The 10 series shrouds look like Michael bay tier transformers, look at the previous gen's. I mean it looks a lot better than the 1080.

btw OP all you have to do is add Xft.dpi: 144 to ~/.Xesourses but afaik only Qt5 scalles right and maybe GTK+3 | Qt4 and GTK+2 increase only font

I've been dealling with this crap for months I forgot when it even started, probably around the time I blocked the telemetry/Win10 updates last year. Javascript is magically broken in ALL browsers at once since then, it doesn't matter what I try, nothing seems to fix the issue, it shows up in portable browsers even. Example in the screenshot (by the way the MS site shown is unrealted, it happens on almost all sites including 4chan but most notably on VirusTotal which is TOTALLY broken in all browsers I tried), javascript seems null even for the most simple scripts.
Is this a known Windows 7 issue? the only solution to me so far seems to perform a clean install but I simply can't do it, I didn't format this partition since 2011 and it was running everything completely flawlessly and it feels like losing to MS, I want to know what's causing this because it's damn suspicious it happens in ALL browsers, not just FF based ones, I tried: Netscape, SeaMonkey, FF, Tor, Chrome and Chromium, also portable versions when I could find them.
I start to believe this might be some new undetectable malware created by MS to force the Win7 users to format and install the Win10 updates, it can't be a coincidence that it happens right after I start refusing telemetry and Win10 updates, something's seriously fishy about this.
Did something like this happen to you as well? please share any informations you got if you can.
