>$50 on a cooler
>$160 on a motheboard
Hilarious.
>$130 on a PSU
would be over-the-top hilarious if it weren't so sad to see this much retardation in one person
>>45209171
Are you gonna offer an alternative or you just came by to bitch?
>>45209030
If anything, if you had the room and you plan on overclocking, I'd spring for a bigger cooler if I were you. I know it's Noctua and all, but it could always be better, especially considering Noctua has a larger one (NH-D15) that can beat out an Corsair H110 water cooler.
Another point I would change would be expanding to 16 GB of RAM, but that's just a personal preference.
Throw some fans in there too.
What's a good entry DSLR for less than $250 bucks?
I need one for taking pictures for my client's wordpress based site that I'm making.
I'm a fellow web developer.
You're not going to find a decent DSLR for 250$ unless it's a used body with no lens kit.
>>45213235
op pic is $200 with lens, used of course.
where's your god now?
>>45213273
Oh, you mean old shit that was mediocre when it was new and has drastically depreciated in value? Yeah, then I guess that does fit.
>sony
>can't use f-mount lenses
>proprietary hot shoe
>proprietary lenses
>ever buying sonyshit
Get a Nikon D-series or a Canon EOD, otherwise buy a point-and-shoot and don't waste your money.
Why do you use lightbulbs of the same color temperature throughout the day? Do you hate your circadian rhythm?
>>45206098
Until multi-colour, efficient LED bulbs with good brightness don't cost 100 billion dollars, I'll use sunlight during the day and warm fluros during the night.
Thats why.
Who the fuck uses light bulbs during the day? Also, I only use 40w incandescent bulbs.
>he only changes color temperature
>his lightbulbs aren't automagically scheduled to change
>he doesn't have dynamic lighting setups
>his lightbulbs don't wake him up in the morning with a slow fade to 100% brightness
>his lightbulbs don't easy out the day with a slow fade to 0%
Do you hate life? Tell me OP, why are you such a fag?
Why weren't you a Microsoft Certified Professional at age 5, /g/?
I thought you were smart :(

Are you content with an idea of being farme while doing something where the information you pass on is not only completely needless to performed functions you do, but also is used for nothing but pure milking of unwitting users? Because I for sure am not.
Can someone explain to me why the fuck HDMI capture devices are so expensive? Is it some agreed monopoly to keep prices so high on them?
I tried looking for specifications on how to build my own but found absolutely nothing. Any ideas on what to do?
they make shit ones too. stop looking for something that is good with a good user experience.
>>45215685
I'm trying to find them
Also tried looking at Component ones but they don't seem to record HD or Full HD
How's that gaming channel going OP. Are you one of those fags recording their tv with their phone?
So, how did they do it?

>>45214707
I'm not a le* Anonymous faggot.
I'm interested in how they did it. And more importantly, how to prevent it.
I'm sure it comes down to some dumbass Twitter employee in the end, though.
>skiddies using skiddy programs
gee, dunno

Are there any onion sites devoted to technology discussions / coding?
After the DPD thing on Stackexchange, I'm afraid of asking any "interesting" questions there or even here.
What DPD thing?
>>45215618
There is 0 reason why one might make that kind of site site in deep web.
>>45215618
What happened on stackexchange?
what's the future for processors? will we hit a plateau and end up resorting to some new theory of machines and logic?
also, would it be possible to make a whole CPU from discreet transistors? how big would it be?
>>45216942
you're joking about the discreet transistors, right?
>>45216961
nah man we need to go back. think about all the pros vs. the cons B^)
>>45216942
Probably some grapheme based technology.
Yeah you could build a CPU with transistors. You could build one with tubes and marbles if you wanted to (in theory), but I don't know how large either would be.
You know when Microsoft started to go wrong?
When they decided that they will push what the company wants, rather than selling something that the consumers actually want.
Nobody wants this metro minimalist shit.
Microsoft is living on borrowed time and only exists because of their legacy and stranglehold of the desktop market with Windows 7.
>>45214684
you're a retarded baby duck that can't handle change
You know they already changed this with Windows 10.
You are too late to the bitch fest.
>>45214706
Windows 10 is the exact same thing
I have 1,800 to buy an Ultrabook.
Tell me, what would you buy.
Put yourself in my shoes:
Living in Japan
Always on the go
Programming apps
Originally I said an Asus 305 or a thinkpad X1 but many jimmys were rustled.
So what light laptop would you buy? Also, has to be at most 15 inches.
Mac? No, girlfriend will be getting one.
>Ultrabook.

Getting a new smartphone very soon, /g/. I can't decide between these, pick for me.
The Contenders are: Z3 Compact, OPO, Moto G, Moto X. I seriously can't make my mind up between these four, or are there better recommended ones? I'll put the order in tonight, budget isn't an issue. Also, which Moto gen is preferred? I've heard stuff on both of them.
Also been considering a HTC, but I don't really know anything about their models.
if budget isn't a problem don't get an OPO or the Moto G
Nexus 6
Nexus 6 is made my Motorola this year so if you like them you'll be getting the best phone ever built to date
