You are literally asking for /g/'s opinion on something.
Why are you asking for /g/'s opinion on something?
That one is shit, the original is better.
Best text editor for linux?
> Vim Master Race reporting in
There is no better text editor. No other editor is as easy to use, as powerful, as fast, or as simple as vim. With its color-coding and easy-to-use commands, it's truly the greatest text editor I've ever used.
>>52130180
>as easy to use
Vim got the highest learning curve of all editors.
>powerful
Agreed.

So I was thinking about getting one of these, that is until I found out that they are still selling the base model with fucking 16GB in 2015. I'm still using a GS3 and I have a 64GB microSD in it, + the 32GB storage that came with the phone.
Oh, and then there's the fact that the retards who designed this shit didn't even give it a microSD slot.
How the FUCK are manufacturers still making phones with 16GB of storage, hell even 32GB is fucking pathetic. 64GB should be the fucking standard these days with how cheap flash memory is becoming (64Gb microSDs...

I just got one in the mail, actually. 16GB version because I regularly move my files over to my desktop, and I don't use it for music. Default, the drive has 10.5GB free.
Get a Mi4c instead. It's the N5X that should have been.
Actually, I'm pissed that the 5x I got didn't come with a USB charger or even a USB adaptor. I'll need to go out and buy one to even transfer things to my desktop.

If you can't install it then it's of no use to you anyway. Just stick to whatever you're using now.

I thought about it there and I don't think there's one but I am more comfortable with my autist mentality of muh freedums.
This morning my alarm clock didn't ring due to my iPhone & Stained Macbook Pro Retina batteries being completely empty.
As if being late wasn't causing enough trouble in my life; while trouble shooting the problem Apple crapware tried to kill me.
So how is your day going /g/ ?
Here from another angle.
Two metal pins sticking out of a 240 volt power socket = enough to kill you.

any proof yet?
Maybe, it is a die shrink
10x more performance per watt under specific test that will never crop up in the real world.
I have been torrenting for probably a good 10 years now and have never used VPNs or taken extra precautions while doing so(I know, my fault). I've never been "caught" so I thought I was fine, until now. I downloaded a textbook from McGraw Hill off PirateBay and now they're emailing me saying they will try to get Cox to terminate my internet service. I looked it up and I don't think Cox will do anything unless there are multiple abuse reports that occur on my service.
Has anyone else had an experience with this?
Also, I want to start being more...

"Hey son, want to use this comcast to watch some funny movie with us?"
"No dad, I am going to my room to have fun with Cox now"
>>52124189
"Cocks"
>Is using TOR alone good enough to protect me from this kind of shit?
don't do that
just buy vpn (or if you only care about torrenting, just proxy) access, it's usually like $20 for a year subscription
Have you ever fixed your failing hardware yourself, /g/?
Bonus points for non-moving parts like RAM or gpu's

I repaired gameboy and GBA carts. and by repairing I mean soldering in a new battery.
Thats it.
I reballed my CPU
Repaired a broken off USB thumb drive by resoldering the connector to it. Then recognised that the fuses did not work anymore, bridged them and copied my data to safety.
(spoiler: it's to keep you safe)

thanks for keeping me safe microsoft. I sure love windows 10 and cortana! You guys are such a great company!
>>52118736
this is completely bullshit imho, there's no excuse for robbing away the "freedom of choice" from people.
if they do this now, what will they do in the future?
>>52118844
Because people are all dumb anyways, why offer choice when they're too stupid to use it? See Apple and their 200 billion stash
