Well, it says a lot about a programmer if he can't reverse a binary tree when he's developing software. I mean he probably didn't even take the effort to attempt reversing the tree, and while I'm not a programmer by any means, and I've no idea how to do it, I imagine it involves traversing the tree and swapping leaf nodes, in which case, if he knew how to program, he should be able to come up with pseudocode to achieve this even if he's never done it before.
I've interviewed many people for software development positions.
I just ask them to demonstrate some projects they've done, and talk about some of the frameworks they or we use.
When I'm unsure I ask them to submit some code for review.
Am I doing it wrong?
I'm not a professional HR person, I'm just a fellow developer.

I don't know man, it's like women are from an entirely another species or subhuman, completely lacking empathy, reasoning skills, conscience and everything.
>getting bullied by girls
We have a three women programmers work at our company and they do their jobs pretty well. One of them is actually pretty based when it comes to security. Don't see the big problem. Does this only happen in America?

If you owned a software or video game company, and people pirated your work (and you lost some potential profit), how would you feel?
I'm a pirate, but I'm curious of what /g/ would feel, being the victim of copyright infringement.

I'd just be ashamed for creating a product that was either
A- not good enough to pay for
B- extortionately priced

The pros sit below the cons, but overall it can help growth.

lol good one, op
I always see you people complaining about new phones being too slim and not thinking about battery life, but let's be sincere: you would never buy a bulky phone, even if offered 5 days of battery life.
Some people would :^)
>>52318215
Yes. Yes I would. Are you seriously saying that on /g/?
>>52318215
what the fuck of course i would.
ITT Post your phone
2 things you love about it
2 things you hate
I'll start:
LG G Stylo
Great Battery Life, very good performance with that 2 GB RAM
Screen has nice colors but the resolution is bad and it has like leakage all aroudn the sides of the screen
Body feels a bit cheap
Overall great phone for the $50 I paid for it
Galaxy Note 4
Perfect size, the pen is pretty nifty for drawing when I'm not home (drawfag)
Battery life is pretty kickass, even under heavy use
Can't root the AT&T version (to my knowlege)
Touchjizz
I have the galaxy s6.
All around well balanced and we'll built phone.
Treated and maintained properly, this thing runs lightning fast and smooth. The specs are pretty impressive, the camera is nice and the display is BEAUTIFUL (although there are nicer ones out there).
No flashy features like the pen on the note or the curved screen. But to me that's not really important as long as it just werkz.
I DO hate how the battery is non removable and there is no expandable memory but at least the smallest variance comes with 32 gb storage soace, of...
