So i´m looking to build a second PC to play games when i´m home at my parents.
I already got my 7870, HDD´s and 8 gigs of RAM
I just need to get a good CPU/Mobo package to finish the build.
I wanna be able to play AAA titles (BF1/Division/etc), so is there any point going below the 2500k? (These are still stupidly expensive)
I never asked for this. What were they thinking.
an underclocked 480 beating a highly clocked 970
What they don't show is the different motherboards the 480 burnt through and the subsequent house fires that were caused because of that.
What's the point of VPNs for anonymity when Tor exists/?
STOP SPAMMING THIS BOARD WITH YOUR LINUX SHIT!!!
NOBODY LIKES LINUX.
LINUX DOESN'T EVEN HAVE ADOBE SOFTWARE!
PEOPLE JUST WANT TO USE WHAT EVERYONE ELSE USES. LEAVE US ALONE!!!
i5-6600k vs i7-6700k which one for me
tell me anons
is i7 worth it ?
"worth it" depends entirely on budget.
I want a 6320 and z170 board to OC for that insane single thread performance but the 6700k matches it and its rocking 8 threads. If you can afford I'd buy the i7. It's just has so much performance.
Can I have a gore thread? This is my parent's computer that I cleaned out today and after seeing this, I need to be reminded that there are worse computers out there.
Can /g/ build a better budget PC for $400?
when were u when it was happen
If I want to be a freelance should I become a Computer Engineer or Network Engineer? I like both so it's not a problem.
Are there enough Network Engineers? I feel like it's just a career in getting a CCIE.
Odd question /g/
Can you get into your BIOS if you don't POST successfully, say spamming the appropriate key as soon as you power on.
Can you update your BIOS with an unsuccessful POST?
Please respond I think I have the shit brain but I never thought about this before and I may have figured everything out in the whole world if I could find an answer or a better way to phrase my googler question
Ok so I just finished my build with a 750D airflow case.
Now I've been reading a lot about fans. Mainly because I wanna prevent as much dust as possible.
After watching vids and readin I've started to doubt myself because I originally thought that I was actually creating a non-negative pressure enviroment while in reality in doing the opposite.
my original plan:
As for intakes...
Front; 2 AF 140s w/ "low resistant dust filters(it's basically a fucking screen)" that comes with the case and a silver stone tec 140mmx2 dust filter...

On a particular app I use, I'm seeing an increasing number of short (15-30 seconds) video ads for a political candidate who I don't like; I'm usually allowed to skip these ads after a few seconds
Do I need to let these ads run to the end in order for the candidate to have to pay up for their "viewing", or is it sufficient just to reach the skip point
Is it true that GTX 1080 and 1070 will get price cuts by the time GTX 1080 Ti will be released?
