what the fuck is apple doing to their computer lineup?
Best ultraportable you can buy.
Best laptop you can buy and dirt cheap compared to alternatives.
Great screen with a decent computer, also very cheap.
Best looking desktop you can buy.
What exactly is a problem with their lineup again?
Guys I need your help. I am in need of a new computer and don't know sh*t about the subject. Is the ASUS ROG GR8-R098R good for a 1.100 euro price tag? And how well does it fare in comparison to the other desktop pcs on the market right now?

Then start learning.
Even if you don't plan on building your own you should learn enough about them so you can make an intelligent decision.

How do you hard brick a phone?
I had a problem with my S6 and even if i started flashing random shit, kernels,Pit's roms, bootloaders, mashing ROM's the Download mode was still working and i could you just flash a stock to revive him. How the hell can you hard brick a phone?
If you brick the bootloader and recovery completely and the phone isn't so popular that you can revive it with leaked software.
Example: You are developing a custom ROM for a random Chinese brand and you brick the bootloader, it'll boot into a black screen and that's it, and there is no documentation on how to save it. If the manufacturer had something like the audio jack unbricker like Samsung has, you'd need to reverse engineer it and find that.
I used this disk as a portable private data storage since 2013. It always made problems when plugged in on USB 3.0.
It also was pretty slow, ~20-30 MB/s. Now I get this after I plugged it on SATAII in my PC.
>U.S. government security expert Richard A. Clarke, in his book Cyber War (May 2010), defines "cyberwarfare" as "actions by a nation-state to penetrate another nation's computers or networks for the purposes of causing damage or disruption."
Trying to turn on and access my Windows PC from other networks via laptop/phone but I'm failing miserably.
I have a TP-link router Archer C2. I've followed several tutorials but no result.
Should I have a static IP set up for this?
I did some port forwarding, port 9, 7 and 3000, checked with a tool called Port forward network utilities and says that the ports aren't open.
This is one of the tutorials I've followed: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hZCWr4M3YO0
I'm having a possible issue setting up the Dynamic DNS... I've registered...

1. Wake on LAN never works. Ever. Unless you're a magician.
2. Make sure your port forwarding is working correctly. Ping on the ports that matter. (443 for rdp)
3. Make sure you have the correct external IP address for the router. This may change often depending on your ISP, but you can use a dyndns service to get the current IP address.
I just rekt my Mionix Castor.
Looking for a new mouse. Preferably with a
Pixart / Avago 3310 sensor.
I currently can't decide between the Zowie ZA11 and the FK1. What does /g/ think?
bought fk1 like a week ago, switched from g400. it's fucking amazing and I'm loving clawgrip form. it reminds me of ime 3.0
za11 is basically same shit but more for palm grip
it all comes to personal preferences
I paid 10 bucks for a Logitech M100. It just werks. Even if it does break after one year or so, I can just buy another new cheap mouse instead of paying hundreds of dollars on a shitty gaymer mouse that also breaks after a year.
What's the point of updating software, drivers and firmwares if no improvement is made?
about a 3 months ago i bought a 49' rca 1080p led tv on sale for about $400 or so, great tv. today i was looking through flyers and noticed the same size, make, priced tv except its 4k. Should i buy the 4k and try and get rid of the 1080p one? is it worth the upgrade? the 4k rca is regular priced at $600 or so.
Do you have anything that plays 4k video?
Yes? Then buy
No? Waste of money

What do you guys think about Rust?
Seems like a pretty good language, having all the benefits of low level programming while avoiding the perils of manual memory management
I like how you've managed to write the same OP every day for about a week without anyone calling you out on it
Good work anon, and I like Rust btw, probably going to use it just because of the memory safety, in a completely unusual use case which is as a HTTP router
>Not happy with bloated memory allocations and magic behind Go, Java
>Pretty good at C, but everything ever written ever ends up with major bugs that are often exploitable
I like the concept. Haven't had a reason to use it yet - but I'd like to see it happen.
>tfw you fell for the cs meme
>tfw you have to work on your C# assignment
>tfw you haven't started yet and are playing assassin's creed instead
why is CS so much pain /g/?
you sound like an idiot I knew during me EE studies. He dropped out, went back to being a NEET and leeching off of his parents for the coming 6 years.
You're a peasant, end of story.
