Post your experiences with hand wiring keyboards.
Bumping this thread for interest, I want to make my own at some point.
>>54459076
I've desoldered and soldered many keyboards but never hand wired. Seems neat.

I was thinking about making a small Cherry MX Speed keyboard in the future.
Bumping for interest.

Haskell is a decent language but shit for industry, let's be real here. 90% of "industry code" these days is reading and writing stuff to a database, with very little done in the middle. No one will use a purely pure functional language to do IO.
public class Hello {
static class HelloWorldClass {
public HelloWorldClass(){}
public String getHelloWorld(){
String hello = "Hello";
String wordl = "World";
return "Hello World";
}
}
public static void main(String[] args){
HelloWorldClass helloWorldClass = new HelloWorldClass();
String helloWorld = helloWorldClass.getHelloWorld();
System.out.println(helloWorld);
}
}

Stop using Excel for Mac OS X.
Office sucks on Mac.

>open air cooler
>mini itx case
Wouldn't do it if I were you. Get a blower.
Why are you putting so much into the GPU? If I were you I would go for an upper-mid range graphics card instead of the $350+ one and put the savings into a better CPU. Theyre harder to replace later down the line, will last longer and will increase the overall usability more than the GPU will.
What is the official motherboard manufacturer of /gee/?
ASRock

ASCuck is the official motherboard manufacturer of poorfags.
Asus make the best motherboards. This isn't up for debate.

Is there any reason to live if you don't leave the house

Yes, portability inside the house, you can use it on bed, couch, table, etc.

But you can enjoy the endless hours of anime and shitposting.
>He doesn't use BSD
Daily reminder BSD is the only truly free and open OS, superior in every mature right to GNU/Linux. Why aren't you using it, anon?
>faster
>more open
>used in the world's most profitable OSes
>doesn't contain the marxist GPL
>lean and clean from the start
>no half working drivers
>no dependency hell
With GNU, you lose. BSD will always be a superior experience which treats the user as an adult.
>>54458182
how is software compatibility currently? and i'm talking about your normie-grade Dropbox and shit that you're simply forced to use unless you're a hopeless, jobless NEET.
that being said, i really, really like FreeBSD, it just wasn't really an alternative due to above mentioned reasons (and yes, i'm aware you can get to work most things but i simply don't have the time to get even the most mundane shit working). i wish it weren't so, but package availability for linux is...

addendum: i couldn't give less of a fuck about licensing if i tried. i just license all of my shit GPLv3 to be on the safe side, but i really, really don't care.
I know GNU/linux fairly well, lots of time with Debian, Arch and back in the day, Knoppix. I would actually like to start learning about BSD, where do I start? FreeBSD? OpenBSD? What distro? PC-BSD?
/Wdg/ someone will post the sticky.
didn't see one so i made it. how does pic related look been working on it for a few days.

If Windows 10 is supposedly spyware/malware/adware/botnet that stores and spies on everything you do, then why do all the government agencies and fortune 500 companies recommend their employees use it? Because the fact of the matter is that it's the most secure version of windows ever created. No more pass-the-hash, much more difficult to exploit, no more unpatched systems without any real malware protection. Most of you paranoid idiots don't even know what half those things are, but the point stands that Windows 10 is very secure and infinitesimally different from...

Install Gentoo
>>54457681
Yeah I agree with you. Ever since I move my company to free Windows 10 upgrade, I have way less complaints about malware. The new Windows Defender and SmartScreen Filter really is very effective.
>>54457681
I am loving the new Windows 10 so far. The free Windows 10 Upgrade is expiring soon you people should take it while you can. It won't be fun using unpatched Windows 7 or 8 in 2017 especially in this age of bad malwares like ransomware.
Let's say i send UDP packets with Packet Sender. (a software which can generated UDP packets)
The software generates the UDP packet.
Where does it gets encapsulated into a IP datagram and then into an Ethernet frame?
>>54457408
The way you asked this question makes my brain hurt. You should open up Wireshark while sending your datagrams, then observe the structure.
>>54457408
>Where does it gets encapsulated
The operating system handles this
>>54457441
I understand the structure of the frames, i just don't know if it it is my network adapter who "makes" the ethernet frames, the software Packet Sender, some drivers or some other stuff?
