Because 5150 + mobo is 60 and the celeron ones are 90
How do you use a 4k desktop? Do you just manually place windows around the screen?
Is there special software you can use to partition up the screen so that when you maximize a window it'll only take up a portion of the screen instead of all of it?
I think the most idiotic thing you could do with a resolution this big is just maximize your webbrowser over it. It sounds like such a waste of space to me.

My HTPC has a dedicated GPU for 1080p and 4k playback.
The CPU could probably manage to do 1080p by itself, but 4k is a stuttery mess without a GTX 960 (dat sweet sweet hardware decoding)

I mean, plugging in a second drive might be hard for some people.
You should keep your OS, browser, programs and games on an SSD and additionally use normal HDDs if you need lots of storage.
