ITT: retarded products
iphones I guess. Used to own an iphone 6s and it was the worst mistake in my life. Deeply regret owning such a huge piece of shit.
My first mobile device and the reason I use an Android phone was an 2nd generation iPod touch. Hated how you needed iTunes to transfer anything to it, and the fact that music transfer was one-way. It just felt very crippled and locked-down. Everyone in school at the time had an iPhone, and I would've gotten one too if I didn't experience the shit that was iOS.
A shop in my country is selling this GeForce video card (GTX 980Ti) under the brand "Gigabyte", but isn't it made by Nvidia? What's the relation between the two companies? Is this product actually from Nvidia, and Gigabyte just has added the coolers?
The pages I've found about this model only mention either of the companies, so I'm confused.
>this fucking ignorance
I honestly can't tell if you are the stupidest motherfucker on planet Earth or a pretty good baiter
NVIDIA makes the GPU, Gigabyte buys the gpu from NVIDIA and makes the custom heatsink and provides warranty and sales promotions. In certain circumstances the manufacturer like Gigabyte ditches the NVIDIA-designed PCB and makes their own (non-reference board) and then puts NVIDIA's GPU on it.that way it can overclock better
Question, company gave me an iPhone, iPad, and a Laptop. Provided I don't log into the VPN they can't see what I'm looking at correct?
I'm unsure on the laptop but the Apple devices have management on them but from what I gather they can just see the apps I have, networks I connect to, home calls, text, but I don't see how they can see my internet history.
Any insight /g/
>Provided I don't log into the VPN they can't see what I'm looking at correct?
They have the legal right to monitor everything you do on their devices.
You have no way of knowing whether they are actually doing this short of compiling your own OS and replacing all of the hardware.

How do I get into augmented reality? I've got ~12 months of research on designs, theory applications but no one to bounce ideas with.
Fuck Google. Dorks are cool but the search needs tweaking.
Coolest thing I can buy on Amazon for $25 or under?
Medical Freeze Spray from Max-Pro seems pretty cool, goes to down -50C in a few seconds, though may be a little overkill.
>tfw you fell for the RX480 meme
>no control at all over updates in windows 10
Who the hell though that was a good idea?
Their customers. They are essentially supporting terrible business practices by continuing to purchase their products -- particularly when they are blindingly purchasing their products (i.e. corporations).
>Richard Stallman and the GNU Project have criticized the use of the word "piracy" in these situations, saying that publishers use the word to refer to "copying they don't approve of" and that "they [publishers] imply that it is ethically equivalent to attacking ships on the high seas, kidnapping and murdering the people on them."
What are some good apps worth downloading from F-droid /g/?
What are some programs that are comfy to you?
After Effects for me.
>what is winreducer
>"b-but you can't fully remove the botnet!"
You are right. But at least you can remove most of the crapware, and the "botnet" will be almost nonexistent.
>"b-but it'll redownload everything back!"
Then I can't help if you are paranoid.
Is it just me, or is Ubuntu 16.04 buggy as fuck? It seems like all of the Ubuntu spins and derivatives like Mint are prone to breaking
RX 480 pci-e was fixed in 16.7.1 drivers and gained %4 average performance boost in games. Nvidia shills will respond to this.
No ones motherboard broke dumbass the whole thing was overblown no mobos couldnt handle 6 extra watts there was 1 or 2 uncomfirmed reports out of thousands we saw nearly 0 response of damaged mobos.
ITT: we show our appreciation to Richard Stallman and his contributions to the free software movement
What have you guys done for free software?
