Any cheap laptop ($300/$500) suitable for hackintosh? I know touchpads on most are pretty crappy, but I would guess by now some of them are at least compatible with the gestures and shit. What bothers me is power management.

I created this neural network that applies the visual effect to the black and white picture.
Video is the learning process: each frame is the result of model's work after a step of training.
I trained it on just one pair of input/output images.

FreedomPop SIM I ordered just over a week ago. Took a week for the envelope to get from their offices to the FedEx shipping center a half hour away.
Well, which one are you?
Do you code staring into the in the dark beautiful abyss of your favorite text editor, fueled by the neon glow of your variables and functions, forging new wonders that will be the awe and envy of man?
Or do you stare at a wall of white backgrounds and bland colors, thinking you know what it's like to create programs and applications that will give birth to a new era in this realm, when in reality you are just a filthy peasant programmer who has no vision of what could be?

Ask someone who has worked at Google for 8 years anything.
Why is everyone gay.
How much of a faggot are you?
>>55484266
I'm gonna graduate with a CS degree in a year and a half. I'll probably have no internships by then, but I've been doing a lot of coding in my free time and will have lots of personal projects by the time I'm finished.
I want to work at some Google-tier company, if not Google, 'cause it's good for the resume and I want to see what it's about it. I actually really do love coding. Do I have any hope?
Speccy thread? Lenovo G50-45 laptop.
full size dasktap
Asus Zenbook UX305CA with Intel m3-6y30
So which one are you planning on getting? Thinking the Nitro or the Strix myself.
None. They all perform about the same as my 290 Vapor-X.
New to buying graphics cards, anyone wanna post a breakdown of 3rd party manufacturers? Other than Sapphire I don't know what's what.
>>55483406
I wanted to go XFX but they are losing their design edge. I'm going to go with the Sapphire, look sweet as fuck.
Are audio cards a gimmick?
What's os amazing about pluggng them into your motherboard instead of a $50 audio card.
Do they drown out white noise? Or is it just another thing for autist on /g/ to boast about.
>>55483107
>Are audio cards a gimmick?
Yes, they've been a gimmick for decades now. There's not discernible difference in quality from onboard audio.
>Do they drown out white noise?
Eh?
>>55483107
I only use one because my motherboard can't into 5.1
Other than that, no real reason
Also are DACs a meme? Silver II lowlife here.

Are there any alternatives to these fucking uber-goys? Every other service I've seen is just for accepting payments online. These fuckers locked me out of my account until I send them photo ID and house bills. What does /g/ use?
I just use straight debit card transactions. Fuck PayPal and their 10% bullshit.
>>55481335
I generally do the same but I recently switched to a cheaper (shittier) bank that doesn't let me buy anything from ali or steam. Paypal worked until they locked me out of my account. Thank god I never actually stored money in it.
If I set up a donate option on my personal website. Will people donate to me? I want it to work like the paypal donate buttons you see.
Why don't you own a nexus phone anon?
>>55479829
Because a cheaper phone meets my every need.
Oh, but I do, senpai.
My nexus 4 is still strong
What went wrong with Phonebloks?
Its not an iPhone.
black people
Turns out some people like buying a new phone every year or two.
