Get UxStyle, go to DeviantArt and find yourself a Wincuck 10 theme.
Same with icons.
Does this sound right to you?
>>53668112
not based on everyone on /g/ claiming to have got >100k starting.
>>53668112
Not really. Those roles often merge into each other and all roles will be used by all major companies.
That image is purely promotional.
>>53668189
It does seem like an overly clear cut view of it, given that in reality you just have people doing different shit with data and calling themselves what they want
Or that's how it works in Startup land anyway
Is there a way to post on 4chan through tor or freenet? I'm looking to see if it's actually possible to "go dark."
no.
Pay for a vpn.
>>53667827
go dark means not connecting at all with technology.
fucking kids these days.
>>53667849
>Fucking kids these days.
Going Dark
- verb (used with object), go dark, went dark, goes dark
- tri-syllabic: go/ing/dark
To disappear; to become suddenly unavailable or digitally out of reach for an undefined period of time.
Seeing what Microsoft did with their twitter bot made think what if they make it program shit in some language by learning from all the open source projects on github, would it eventually be a better prigrammer than I'll ever have a chance or will it fail horribly?
>>53667649
I don't know about programming but machine learning was really big a few years back for making compiles optimise code a while back.
>>53667649
>prigrammer
it's already better than you'll ever be
>>53667685
Optimisation, code cleaning and conversion into other languages is all you are going to get until you have a computer capable of understanding a person and knowing what they want without having to explain it in code.

What's the best way to avoid being tracked online?
I'm not referring to obfuscating myself through vpns or proxies. I only want to limit as much marketing stalking as possible. I'm using this setup on OS X and am curious what others may be using:
- eclipse browser+adblock
- running a dns-caching service on an external device on my lan
- little snitch to monitor/block network
Does any of this actually matter since it's easy for tracking algorithms to approximately determine who I am based on IP and browsing habits?
Be an unimportant pleb like you are right now. No one cares enough to track you.
>>53667171
This
Also never leave any private informations about you. Delete everything related to you. Also use protonmail or encrypted emails.
>>53667171
He said marketing tracking you fucking retard.
>>53667083
You have to block scripts and your browser fingerprint basically, that and use VPNs at random. Also avod running windows 8 or 10 or an xbox one as the marketing tracking is built into the kernel and even the microphone/camera while in standby/"off" mode.
So Microsoft created a chatbot that so perfectly emulates a teenager that it went off spouting offensive things just for the sake of getting attention?
I would say the engineers in Redmond succeeded beyond their wildest expectations, myself.
The only reason Microsoft made this bot was to show their botnet silencing powers
>>53666828
>implying they didn't know this would happen
>implying it wasn't so they could learn how to prevent AI from gathering dissenting opinions
I'd like a domain to point to a machine on my home network when I'm on my own wifi, but to the actual IP at all other times. How can I do this? I was thinking something like a local DNS server for just that one domain, somehow, but surely there's a better way?
This is easily done if you have nonshit firmware on your home router.
>>53666848
I do not, unfortunately. Is there a name or a term for what I'm trying to do that I can google to learn more?
manually add the entry to your hosts file
Is it possible to upgrade the ram inside your phone/tablet/tvbox running Android?
Has anyone tried it? Will it be recognised automatically by Android/Linux kernel?

Hey /g/. I'm building a LAN and need to make a few bridges. As such I need a few Wireless Access Points. I would like the highest speed possible i.e. 300mpbs and the ability to change wireless channels as to not interfere with another wireless network. Any Cisco Access Points come to mind that would work with this config /g/?
>tl;dr
>Need Cisco Access Point
>2.4ghz, 13 channels
>ability to change frequency

Almost any Cisco Areonet series. Like the 3702i or 1262N-A-K9
If you wanna do professional wireless bridging for long distances, then you're not looking at Cisco, you're looking at RouterBoard.
