Does /co/ really think they are going to fire him?
Is it even possible? They let Bay fuck the Transformers 4 times. BvS is going to make enough money for Wb to not consider firing Zack.
>>81374368
Bay made shitload of money and nobody cared about critics in Transformers.
>>81374368
They'll fire them all, OP.
Can't take the chance it was Adams not being hot enough, or Cavill for that matter; can't take the chance nobody took Fuck Facebook seriously, can't take the chance that Affleck's meddling and insistence on bringing in his own writer - and then reportedly doing his own rewrites anyway - did more than just bump the costs up enormously. Which it undeniably did, so he's gone if they don't make the safe zone gross.

Why would warners fire Zack? The gux is building a movie universe for them right now. Warners asked fof something, Snyder delivered. He's going to shoot Justice Leage as we speak.
Are you a marvel shill?
Who would you rather be the main villain of The Flash movie, Professor Zoom or The Rogues?
>>81374312
Reverse flash cause Superman to break zod neck.
>IT WAS ME BARRRY. I was one that made man of murder.
>You monster.
I would want a rogues movie with flash as the heroic antagonist.
>>81374312
I want a comedic Reverse Flash that talks like Ms. Bitter
>And over there was a tree you liked to sit under
>And now there's NOOOTHIIIIING!!!
And then he gets progressively worse
>HEY BARRY! WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THAT PARK BENCH OVER THERE?!!
Well, it's okay I gue-
>WELL NOW IT'S NOOOTHIIIIING!!!!
Why did this need to be a double-length episode?
>>81374048
because scotsman
>>81374048
So that second half of the second episode could be a pissing contest.
It all turned out for the best.
Why wouldn't it?
You got something against the Scotsman, faggot?
Why is he always jobbing? Why he is the only one in the team to get regularly beaten by villains? Do writers hate him?
I really like J'onn, but it feels like there is a rule at DC, stating that he must suck.
He isn't that popular, that's it.
When will people realize power level crap does not apply to comic books? In comic books the more popular character always wins.
>>81373613
It's simple, it's to show that he's not overpowered so he must get beaten to oblivion.
it's more that the villains must look badass, so have them beat up the most powerful character
Holy shit, you better do it right CW. You better find the right guy to be Terry. Better do it Schway:
screencrush.com/legends-of-tomorrow-batman-beyond/
>>81372521
Ok, I may want to watch it for that
>>81372521
Never seen the show, but if they get Batman Beyond I may actually watch it. Only for Terry though.
>>81372521
They should get the actual voice actor to play an older Terry, I think it could work out.
What do you guys think of Damian's planned Bat-trenchcoat costume for if he ever gets a chance to take on the mantle?
>>81371168
He should've stayed dead
>>81371368
At least we wouldn't get pussyfication of Darkseid.
>Damien beats Kalibak xDDD
I need crowbar and writers of that shit.
>>81371168
Midnighter taught him well.
How could this mistake even happen? In a 2016 cartoon.
>>81370872
>In a 2016 cartoon
There's your answer right there.

What am I looking at?

Blossom's Bow is the same color as her hair.
From Latino Review. The standalone BATMAN movie is being fast-tracked for 2018.
In JUSTICE LEAGUE, Batman and Wonder Woman travel to Atlantis in the Bat-Submarine to recruit Aquaman, but he refuses to help them, due to both his disdain for the surface world and to a centuries-long conflict between Atlantis and Themyscira.

Meh.

For April Fool's Day, they did a 31 minute long Marzipan's Answering Machine episode.
However, I'm genuinely mad at THIS. What happened to the embedded flashes of yonder? Bring back 2006!
>>81370398
didn't you hear? flash is dead

*crickets*
Flash dying is a good thing.
Fuck you if you think otherwise.
Marvel has been mostly garbage since their reboot (and before). I'm not going to stop reading all their stuff, a lot of old stuff i still havent read and going to continue with The Visions, A-Force and Ant-Man. But so much of it is bad. And the thing that pisses me off the most is almost all the art is just terrible. Power Man and Iron fist is Squirrel Girl tier. Comics are a visual medium good art is needed. Not saying all stylized art is bad and house style is the only good style, McKean is the best comic artist, but some stories should have house style.
Now, what...

My experience with DC is limited since I'm not a fan of superman or batman much. I've read lots of (pre 52) constantine and green arrow, and dabbled with some batman and superman mostly other earth stuff, and inlove me some benes Birds of Prey. What should i keep an eye out for in Rebirth?
Already set on all the wonder womans (morrison and rucka) and green arrow, thinking about Nightwing and batman beyond, is it Terry? I prefer character driven books instead of team books where they just go after...

tl;dr I only read Marvel or DC
>>81370252
>They better do that with Nightwing as well.
You should read Grayson, it's a sexy book and well written too, one of the writers is continuing to Nightwing
>$90 on Amazon
Why is this trade so outrageously overpriced?
>>81369590
Because it's out of print. Supply and demand, man.
i bought the whole series (complete run, quarterlies, one shot, annuals) in floppies for $75 on ebay
Out of print. Welcome to comics. I'll sell you my copy for $89.
So, /co/, what's wrong with modern vertigo comics? DC had a thing going I the 90s but they've been unable to continue the success they had in the past. What solutions are there to make vertigo great again?
>>81369478
Contracts changed
Creators go to Image now and readers go to Image now too
>>81369507
What made image so appealing?
>>81370075
For writers? Creator owned, Image just publishes it with largely no editorial over sight. The onus for producing it is largely on the writer.
For readers? Personally I like it because it's got a lot of variety in it's titles, but I'm relatively certain most people discover Image because it publishes The Walking Dead.
Why do people hate this show so much? It wasn't GREAT, but it was basically as good as Cow and chicken and I.M. weasel.
Both of these shows had basically the same sense of gross humor, the same occasional witty moments, even a similar art style, etc. Yet, since one of them came out in LE GLORIOUS 90S, and the other came out in 2005, people love the former and hate the latter.
I dunno OP, I've never seen anyone discuss the mediocre World Premiere toons on /co/ (I'll add Mike, Lu & Ogg to that pile), except to say that "they were mediocre."
Can you legitimately point me to someone genuinely nostalgic for C&C, and not just some casual on facebook posting a REMEMBER THE NINETIES? collage that includes it.
>>81368688
I have never seen anyone praise cow and chicken
>>81369215
On Facebook and twitter, a lot of people love it
Can Arrow be saved at this point?

I always wanted GA to be an A-Lister but not like this.
To people asking Lex Luthor made Doomsday or his overall motivation, look at the creation scenes -- how he cries when examining Zod. The Greek Icarus flew too close to the sun and fell, Zod and the other Kryptonians came across the universe simply to restore their people. Yet Superman struck them down, in Lex's eyes, to cement his status as a god. He gives the genesis chamber his own DNA and weeps viewing the lethal results of Superman's righteousness. "If God is all-good, then he cannot be all-powerful" Lex manically laments as he remembers the abuses of...

By his interaction with the ship and Zod, Lex is more a bridge between 2 worlds than Superman will ever be. After Zod is reborn, Lex reaches out to embrace him. Mad scientist Lex Luthor is more a spiritualist as the ghost of Krypton arises to meet him. The worlds torn asunder by Superman, rather explicitly or implicitly, are linked by a shared experience of moral objectivism. Zod's unerring beliefs could not coexist with the Superman the same as tumultuous nature of humanity cannot. "If man won't kill God, then the devil will do it", there's double meaning:...

Too long, didn't read. Shitpost more concisely next time, anon.
I didn't get the Icarus reference. So Lex admired him now? So much so that he wanted to try it again and fly higher? But Zod was the confirmation of his fears and doomsday was even worse (not that he could've predicted that, but it was still an idiotic thing to do).
