Absolutely.
It and DDS1 & the first 4 episodes of s2 are the absolute greatest live action comic based material in existence.
TDK08 is flawless beyond Maggie being unattractive and DDS1 is flawless besides the fights in the last episodes being overly posed.

He was to go-to guy for comicbook knowledge stretching all the way back to Blade trilogy. Then he was a co-writer for Nolan's trilogy. That was what convinced WB to accept his pitch for MoS. Then he got booted off BvS halfway through, but was still credited because they used his base script. He's still in charge of Sandman adaptation after JGL left.

He wasn't able to keep Oksana alive after talking Rhino down, he let Lizard just walk away with a few dozen people after Lizard ate Billy Connors and getting his shit kicked in, and Gauntlet led up to Grim Hunt, wherein Spidey failed to save Maddie. Gauntlet was easily my favorite time for Amazing Spider-Man, but Peter fucked up hard during these issues.
