The Drizzle v Fryman unfortunately didn't perform well at the box office

Fuck that guy, he owes me 40 bucks for a C.O.D.
I hear a lot of people hate the show and wold like to know the various reasons

It all boils down to not being Spectacular Spider-Man.

>breaking the fourth wall
>learning a lesson every week
>baby shit for babies
>Drake fucking Bell

Poor animation and all around butchering of characters and potential storylines.
The writing and characterization of Peter/Spidey also triggers me from how bad it is.
Being Deadpool Lite for the first two Seasons was the worst fucking thing imaginable.
TV-MA or not, I'm surprised they went there considering they're all supposed to be like 8.
I don't think I understand what they did wrong.

So my only really good experience with Cyborg comes from Teen Titans, and I was trying to find out more about when a thought occurred to me: What kind of power source do his metal parts use? In Teen Titans it's mentioned he has a "Power Cell", and he requires a power source to function, but I don't recall it being any more detailed than that, and my searches through the wiki and other such sites have revealed nothing more detailed than that. Can anyone explain what power source Cyborg's robot body parts use, and possibly point me to the comic where it is explained?
tl;dr: What powers Cyborg's robo-bits?
Grape soda.
>>82457575
The shit cartoon or the Marv Wolfman & George Perez comic? Or one of the 1990's-2000's or pre-New 52?
>>82457624
Sorry, pic-related cartoon was the one I saw the most of. I should have specified that. But any explanation of what powers his robo-bits will be acceptable.
Who remembers this garbage?
This shit existed thread.

this show was just more proof that everything about LA culture is awful
It was BARELY okay.
Barely, and it wasn't a good thing.

the only moment and sucked and good god did it suck, was the big stupid musical number in that one episode.
Screw Civil War.

Tom's salt over Eddsworld was so obviously apparent in The End it hurts.
>Bucky: "Your mother's name was Sarah, you used to wear newspapers under your shoes."
>Cap: "Can't read that in a museum."
>Falcon: "Just like that we're supposed to be cool?"
What did Falcon mean by this?
>>82456514
He meant that just like that they're supposed to be cool?
>>82456514
It was a reference to the years of oppression African-Americans were forced to suffer at the hands of white Americans who then turned around after the abolition of slavery and the civil rights movement and simply expected those African-Americans to forget about everything and "be cool".
In this scene Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie) is reminding his somewhat anarchic friends, Bucky (Sebastian Stan) and Steve (Chris Evans) that simply reminiscing fondly on the good times shared during those years of oppression and forming bonds of friendship now does not completely invalidate the pain endured by his people as a result of them.
In the very next scene, Steve and Bucky apologise for their insensitivity and they all go out for ice cream.
>>82456514
I think it was something to do with just like that they're supposed to be cool
Is it just me or is this series actually really entertaining?
Well, its a trainwreck (both the comic and its creator), so it is fun to lean back and watch it unfold in all of its dreadfull glory. I actually think that this is one of the instances where the creator and his shenannigans are more entertaining than the work of art.
>>82456638
Honestly, I could never hear of Chris's escapades again and not even care as long as we got more Sonichu.
It's a dumpster fire, but such a beautiful dumpster fire.

No where near as entertaining as tails gets trolled
>In ancient Egypt, Apocalypse rules the world, but is betrayed and entombed for centuries before being revived by his followers in 1982.
>Upon learning the world has forgotten him, Apocalypse decides to destroy the human race so he can rebuild Earth to his image and recruits Storm, a pickpocket from Cairo, and Psylocke, an assassin operating in Moscow, to join him.
>Meanwhile, Professor Charles Xavier and Beast are operating the Xavier School for Gifted Youngsters in Westchester, New York. Xavier's protege is Jean Grey, who is unable to control her powers.
>Havok, who has become a banker, brings his estranged troublemaking brother Cyclops to the X-Mansion so Xavier can teach him to control his powers. Cyclops doesn't want to join the student body, but becomes attracted to Jean and begrudgingly stays.
>Meanwhile, Mystique is rescuing mutants from human persecution across the world. In Berlin, she infiltrates an underground fight club where Angel and Nightcrawler are fighting. Apocalypse arrives to recruit Angel and turns him into Archangel, while Mystique rescues Nightcrawler and brings him to the X-Mansion, and alerts Xavier about Apocalypse.
>Magneto is living in Poland with his wife and daughter. Apocalypse attempts to recruit him, but he refuses. However, the townspeople find out he's a mutant and murder his family. Magneto then joins the Horsemen to get revenge.
>Xavier and Havok visit Moira McTaggert at CIA officers to find out more about Apocalypse, while William Stryker, who is also affiliated with the CIA, conspires to capture Xavier's students.
>Quicksilver arrives at the X-Mansion searching for his father, Magneto, just as Xavier, Havok, Beast, Mystique and Moira attempt to use Cerebro to locate Apocalypse.
>While Cyclops, Jean, Nightcrawler and Jubilee are at the mall, Apocalypse and the Horseman attack the X-Mansion and destroy it, killing Havok, and kidnap Xavier so Apocalypse can possess him.
>Cyclops, Jean and Nightcrawler are captured by Stryker upon arriving and taken to the Weapon X facility. Mystique, Beast and Quicksilver rescue them, and during the battle, the X-Menr release Wolverine, who has been received his Adamantium skeleton and rampages through the facility.
>Apocalypse and his followers go to Egypt, where Apocalypse use his advanced technology to begin destroying the world. Xavier reaches out to Magneto and Storm.
>The X-Men arrive to confront Apocalypse and the Horsemen and in the ensuing battle Magneto and Storm change sides and help the X-Men destroy Apocalypse's body, while Xavier defeats Apocalypse in a psychic battle.
>The X-Men save the world. Xavier recruits Cyclops, Jean, Nightcrawler, Quicksilver, Beast, Mystique and Storm to integrate the team, while Magneto and Xavier part on amicable terms and with new outlooks on live and their respective ideologies and missions.
Sounds decent.

>jennifer lawrence phoning it in for 1 hour and an half
I think one of the biggest problems with Wonder Woman is that she has had more inconsistency in her origin/background than most other characters of her caliber.
>Molded from clay
>Daughter of Zeus/Hades
>Can fly
>Can't fly, has to use jet
>is superman level strong
>can be hurt by bullets
>has a secret identity
>Is just Wonder Woman full time
>Is hundreds of years old because magic
>Is only as old as she appears
>Themyscira is technologically advanced
>Themyscira is ancient and only uses magic
So my question to you /co/ is what is YOUR ideal version of Wonder Woman?
What combination of elements from her various interpretations to you is right for the character?
>>82456043
Mostly the magical/mythology based stuff. Makes her stand out from the other core JL members if she's the one who can recognize spells and legends from myth.
I prefer it when she's powerful enough to hang with Superman level foes -- slightly weaker but makes up for it with her magical gear and combat acumn.
Her direct origin, the whole "made from clay/daughter of zeus/daughter of Hercules" thing I could care less about. It's a pretty trivial difference and has changed so much that it's not sacrosanct like Batman's origin.
>>82456962
>pretty trivial difference and has changed so much that it's not sacrosanct like Batman's origin.
I kind of disagree. Primarily because the "daughter of" thing is relatively recent considering the length of the clay origins run. It wasn't something, at least to my knowledge they've gone back and forth from over the years in some waning/wishy washy manner. I don't have a problem with the "daughter of" origin it plays well into it's respective stories and over all I think it's an easier explanation of her powers. But I prefer the clay origin because it's almost entirely unique in the larger scale of the hero mythos.
>>82456043
Other than that or in addition to that I like when they use the aspects of WW that made her unique and while characters abilities have changed and evolved over time across the board I do think WW slowly shifted into female Superman powerset, and I think that's a disservice to her. Just as a character that you might want to read about or gain interest in I think the more she stood out the better.
I think I prefer clay, can't fly, noticeably weaker than superman but still superhuman strength, hurt by bullets (because her blocking things with her wrists is cool), fulltime WW in the since she isn't really keeping a secret identity from anyone close to her(she lives as Diana goes shopping and dating and all that but WW is like a work title almost), lived hundreds of years on the island but is young and interacts with the outside world in a young way, Themyscira...why not both?
fuck that secret identity shit
im okay with her being the daughter of Zeus but i fond the clay backstory really sweet.
fuck the jet
who care about her age?
its magic
strong =/= invincible plus thats the point of her bracelets

Why is it so hated?
>>82455464
It isn't. Not many people feel strongly about it either way.
>>82455464
It's one of those movies that get better every time you watch it. Unfortunately most people have only seen it once.
Like the ONLY thing it did wrong was relegate what should have been the coolest parts of the movie to a montage.
Other than that, it was solid.
