So why are they so different?
Why did Doc end up separating himself from humanity, but superman is drawn closer to it?

For one thing, just because Superman is so godlike doesn't mean he's the only one with super powers. Every second person in his universe can fly or tear a car in half. Manhattan is the only one of his kind in his universe.
Secondly, Doctor Manhattan died, and now he can see the future. Thats gotta fuck a guy up just a little bit.

Most of us tend to ignore shows that lack any fappable characters in it. With the episode you posted being the obvious exception.
Despite all of that, most of what I've heard about this show is negative.

It was a show for kids. Like, not even "adults can enjoy it too", it's just the standard Disney kid cartoon that just comes and go. Like Buzz on Maggie or Brandy and Mr. Whiskers, it just kind of happened. Wasn't bad, but wasn't exceptional.
Deapite being a typical Ennis edgefest, what do you think of The Boys, /co/?
I just finished it and liked it a great deal. It had some great moments and wrapped up fairly nicely. It's no Punisher MAX or Hitman, but I can't help but love the kinds of charming monsters Ennis writres.
I think it's very good.
It's a bit overextended I and sometimes these extensions are filled with typical Ennis shittery which doesn't bring anything new or relevant to the table.
But it's a good spin on a typical Ennis story, I feel he needed to write a book like this and it worked for me. Also Russ Braun was fucking awesome on the book.
I'm a million miles away, watching it happen.

It does tend to really get drawn out in certain parts, I agree on that. I feel like Hitman does most of what it did better, but it's still a good time.

The Thief and the Cobbler plays about with optical illusions a lot, it's probably one of the most visually interesting animated films ever made.
Arkham Knight DLC dropped the ball when they didn't let you use the Boo Wonder costume. I mean he was a crime-fighter worthy of B-man's approval.
