Was this show good? I barely remember anything from it.
>>83275938
The Yzma/Kronk parts were always on point. Everything else was so-so.
>>83275938
I liked it. Was silly, and the musical episode was tops.

>and the musical episode was tops

Isn't Quicksilver in his late twenties / early thirties at this point? Won't he feel weird hanging out with all these kids?
>>83275684
30 yr old virgin neet living with his parents here
No. It'd be more awkward hanging out with grownups who actually spent their lives doing something. I'd rather spend time with kids and play videogames
>>83275684
Beast is older too. Probably around the same age as Charles.
>>83275816
Like Mystique I assume his new form slows down his aging and his human form reflects that.
How does it make you feel knowing half these princesses will never have their own episode?
First for best princess
>>83275573
And probably would've been last.
>>83275552
While getting an episode for certain princesses would be nice, like the way we got a Huntress Wizard episode, it'd probably just be seen as getting away from focusing on Finn, which people complain about enough, as is.
I'd still want an episode about my favorite one, either way. Each princess means a different setting, means an opportunity for adventure, but it all depends on the execution and idea.
What some could offer does seem like some untapped possibility, though.
Skeleton Princess is true best princess.
Did I miss the Five Short Tables thread, or did absolutely nobody care? I enjoyed the meta aspects of that episode quite a bit.
are we finally going to admit as a species that "The Sandman" is overrated as fuck?
>>83275497
It's not because you slightly reworded the "NOW THAT THE DUST HAS SETTLED CAN WE ALL AGREE" shit that it isn't retarded anymore
>>83275497
When someone mentioned that they never saw any hate for Gaiman I was going to make a big reply about how it's mostly people aimlessly throwing around the word overrated towards things like Sandman and Hellboy with no specific point behind the how and where given the breadth of both.
I decided not to since it seemed a fingerpointing gesture against something not happening at the time yet
HERE WE ARE, YOU OPTIMUM CUNT.
>tfw Marvel's TV heroes will not appear in Infinity Wars
What's the fucking point then?
>What's the fucking point then?
To not spend 3/4 of the budget on actor salaries.
>>83275473
what the fuck is Daredevil gonna do against Thanos?
>>83275473
>What's the fucking point then?
No point really
>april 1st 2019
>venture bros season 7 set to air
>instead athf season 12 premieres
fuck outa here
>>83275344
I would be so fucking mad.
Then I would laugh my ass off and enjoy the show.
it don't matter
none a dis matters
>Mr. Moore has denounced his work on Batman: The Killing Joke
>Alan said he didn’t like his writing on the project and was particularly bothered by the fact that the tale turned out to be so violent and dark. He adds that, were he to return to the Batman franchise today, he would prefer to write the campier detective-style stories of bygone eras than to delve any deeper into the darker Batman stories currently popular.
>“I think it put far too much melodramatic weight upon a character that was never designed to carry it,” Moore says of his Batman graphic novel. “It was too nasty, it was too physically violent. There were some good things about it, but in terms of my writing, it’s not one of my favorite pieces.”
>Taking it a step further, Moore has said that he has asked that his name be removed from an credits for Batman: The Killing Joke, as soon as he heard of the plans to produce the animated film. Additionally, the writer asked that any profits be directed toward the artist and not to himself, as he wants to distance himself from the story as much as possible.

It's bad because it's mean spirited
My name is Alan Moore, and I'm the saltiest man alive.
>>83275149
>Moore has said that he has asked that his name be removed from credits.
Al, my good man, I'm beginning to think you have a problem, some kind of addiction to not being named for things with your name on it.
You can't uncredit yourself from your work.
>Inb4 why not, it's his
I'm not saying he should not be allowed, I'm saying it is pointless at this point. If it was a few months after release maybe, I dunno. But like years?! Not gonna happen. If someone types in TKJ before or after seeing the movie they're going to see the goddamn articles about the book.
You can't be Anonymous after the act. That's not how it works.
Anyway he has nothing to worry about, the animation looked like dogshit last I checked, I imagine not many people are going to recall this fondly enough to actually look through the credits or look into the book when the search engine shows it.
Would this shit fly today?
>>83275167
Not a kids show
>>83275181
never specified
What's your favorite era of Disney animated movies?
Obviously the period corresponding to MY childhood.
That is objectively and indisputably the best.
They're all good, Revival is worst though
>>83275022
Not really since most people will have seen all of those movies in the first 3 eras in the image during their childhood
Let's go again with the questions
>Is your work a cartoon or a comic?
>Can you sum up your work in a few lines?
>Can you provide a link to your work?
>When do you expect having finished your work?
>What are the main flaws in your work, according to you?
>Do you spend more time writing plotlines or worldbuilding?
>Which is your favorite work in this thread (EXCEPT YOUR OWN)?
>What do you think of the work posted just above your own? Would you read/watch it if it was in the market? What would you change in that work if you could?
>>83274813
Welp, I posted here last week so why not again?
>Is your work a cartoon or a comic?
Comic, if some godly luck happens. I am pretty bad with art (male MC to the left. It's fun, so I doodle often). Realistically though, just a book series.
>Can you sum up your work in a few lines?
Fantasy/Adventure coming of age story. Ape monsters have evolved super quickly and have total control over the world. Two other monster kids find a way to possibly stop the oppressive rule of these technologically advanced monkeys. They travel the world to do so, meeting people from the other broken civilizations.
>Can you provide a link to your work?
Chapter 1 right here baby: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1luPtcABklmTZ0PXow7fT0MoKoXiHi2ToevWCZ6u8x00/edit?usp=sharing
>When do you expect having finished your work?
Maybe 2020? It's definitely on the back burner for now, but I wanted to lay the ground work cause I thinks it's something special.
>What are the main flaws in your work, according to you?
Maybe too much talking and feeling unable to fully describe certain actions as well as I should. Also some awkward over-explaining
>Do you spend more time writing plotlines or worldbuilding?
Worldbuilding is secondary because I developed the entire world long before starting to write the story. The characters are the main focus in this case.
>Which is your favorite work in this thread (EXCEPT YOUR OWN)?
At this time, it's only me. I'll tell you when others show up.
>What do you think of the work posted just above your own? Would you read/watch it if it was in the market? What would you change in that work if you could?
Also refer to my previous answer.
>>83276603
Female MC too, just for reference.
>>83276603
Rebecca is that you?
Maybe it's just me but how come modern DC animation movies look more anime-like than let's say Justice League cartoon series?
>>83274626
well yeah, not all the movies and not all the shows are animated by the same people.
I just watched Justice League: War,
Why didn't Barry use the Speedforce?
>watching animted green lantern movie
>goodcop/badcop lantern make this alien lady orgasm until it physically hurt to get information out of her
Nice.
>>83274532
I thought it was meant to be some kinda space drug, like she was afraid of overdosing or getting addicted but now that you mention it......that could have been some kind of sex thing.
I'm suddenly very confused and conflicted by this scene...
>>83274532
>>83274814
Well if that's the case isn't it a bit weird to share it with people around you?
I'd be kinda like passing a dildo
>>83275008
>I'd be kinda like passing a dildo
that's weird?
oh no
So, is this after credit scene pointless now?
En Sabah Nur could not be this young, in Egypt, Considering he looked old as fuck in the beginning of Apocalypse.
>>83274374
Is that Michael Cera?
>>83274374
Did you pay attention to the fucking movie? He transfers his consciousness between different bodies, usually mutants so he can add their powers to his own. That was him when he first arrived in Egypt. We see him in Apocalypse at the end of his reign, probably after multiple body swaps.
>>83274481
I did. I watched it twice.
Arrived? Wasn't he born in Egypt?
>2010+6
>a sandboy still remains my number one lifetime crush
Explain this to me /co/
>tfw you will never have Aladdin wishing he was born in the modern century just to steal your heart
>>83274314
you must be european or have a rape fantasy maybe both
>>83274409
>implying
Wew lad. Keep your projections off of me.
What does everyone think of the new, enhanced edition of Watchmen? See pic.
very funny anon
I laughed then died inside.
>>83273875
This could be better if we could somehow make the last caption fit with the lettering of Watchmen. I might take a crack at that.
