For all he has gone through, Duane's skeleton looks pretty intact.

good job preemptively explaining Bastion's weird eyes before they actually come up in comic

Known it for true first time I saw her.
The only people who don't like TTG are babies who grew up with fake anime and appreciate kiddy anime non humor aped from Pokemon and Digimon, think the blandest of the bland "action" is mature, and don't understand slapstick and mistake it for "mean spirited"
Please stop posting. You make me upset.
>>81006562
Or are capable thinking for themselves and judge it on its own merits and just decide they don't like it. Regardless of the fact that people thinking for themselves seems to upset you.

I've always loved the villians: Magneto, Mystique, Sabretooth, even the Sentinels.
They have something to say, they represent bad ideas and contradictory opinions as much as threats. Even Mojo was (meta) about exploitation and watering down what made a character great.
But these days the infighting is among the X-Men, and it's great! I'm so happy that everyone cares about Cyclops nowadays because when I was a kid it was all Wolverine, all the time. Bad-ass beat responsible among the fans back then.
Every character has a story...

Bachalo and Buckingham with whoever the fuck was writing who cares.
I think its time for us to all admit Superman Returns was better than Man of Steel and more than likely BvS.
Reminder there's still time to make MoS+BvS Earth-3 and bring Routh back as Superman to beat them
But memes aside, I did enjoy Returns despite its issues.
I've been championing Returns for awhile, it's solid. Flawed yes but solid

The plane rescue sequence is some of the best Supermanning we've ever gotten. The rest of the movie is odd though.
And yet another Lex real estate scam.

That's irrelevant retard. Fish in real life still drink water, which is one of the main reasons were running out of it.

Drink water you fucking fatass.
Eating slices of oil is already bad enough.
Anyone read this series Peter Parker or miles morales? I really enjoy this series but it doesn't get much attention being a fairly recent comic, I thought it would be nice to talk to some other fans of it
>>81005208
dude , people of /co/ dont like miles
but i recommend you start reading everything of him
I can't tell if this is a joke thread or not, but yeah /co/ doesn't really like Miles.
His first couple of arcs in USM are good though, even though the art gets a little rocky after Pichelli steps off for a couple issues.
The arc after Uncle Prowler bites it is when interest really wanes. Spider-Men is decent, then the Venom arc and the subsequent Roxxon art are great.
Everything else is kind of garbo.
Bendis needs help with his character-work now, someone like what Willow has with Amanat.

It turned to shit as soon ashis hot milf mom dies
I hope they kill this fish off soon.

How come DC struggles with something as iconic as Batman whereas Marvel can make a critical success out of a c-list property like GotG?
>>81001926
DC doesn't understand tone.
>>81001926
it's most likely executive meddling. Warner handles the DC movies in house whereas marvel uses their own studio, which probably largely has people who legitimately like comics working in it. A DC studio would likely help DC a lot.
>>81001926
>C-list
>implying Guardians weren't on the same tier as Big Hero 6 in terms of recognition before their respective movies
>tfw MoS made less than z-list heroes
Okay, they decided to scrap all the x-men shit. It isn't going back to Marvel and will still be it's own thing. How do you reboot it.
>What characters
>What villain
>What story
>origin or established x-men
>how would the world view mutants
>how would you set up future films
>any dream casting?
You need a balance between the actual active X-Men roster, and the students in the school. They are not one and the same, and they have different interactions with eachother.
You also need to show the actual fear and disdain that humans have for mutants. For this, I suggest using the Purifiers. Have them be murdering the fuck out of mutants and have the stakes be real. They're not getting depowered, they're being killed.
Either go with the 90's or Astonishing roster. Point is, Cyclops needs to be the leader, and he needs to not be mind controlled or...

Oh, and I forgot the most important thing, GIVE EVERYONE THEIR GODDAMN COSTUMES! NO MORE BLACK LEATHER SHIT!
Christ, Psylocke and Mags look so out place since they have the only unique costumes.
>>81000830
Normal humans should fear mutants for the same reason peasants feared machines, the fear of being replaced, being turned obsolet, they shouldnt fear them because of irrational hatred, their fear should make sense.
Mutants should be a hated minority, but a priviledged one.
Now, Marvel movies seem to overwhelm DC and Marvel heroes will become more famous.
So, will Superman who is posterboy of DC at last forgotten from people more quickly than Marvel Heroes like Spiderman or Ironman?
No, he'll have a permanent place in history since he's the first superhero
Superman is a cultural icon. He's been around for over 70 years now. Whether you like him as a character or not basically everyone recognizes him and knows a bit about him.
The only Marvel character even close in popularity is Spider-Man.
I'm genuinely curious if a character like him, with his fame and all can end up being unmarketable in this day and age.
I guess it kind of happened to Mickey Mouse and Super Mario, we'll see how Superman fares.
What is your LCS like? Any horror stories or good times? Ever socialize with people there?
My LCSs are pretty well known, so no horror stories to speak of. They attract classy clientele.
I legit feel sorry for people with no LCS. I use to live in a place with tons of comic shops.
>Open 2 days a week for five hours a day
>Lots of backissues but they're all full price
>New releases are shunted to a tiny wall and it's only Marvel/DC
>Most of the store is meant to hold "rare" regular books and comics in glass cabinets being sold for vastly overblown prices
>Teenagers that work there don't know shit
Not a fan to be quite honest family
>Most of the back issues are overpriced 90s books or in shitty condition and over priced
>full of Magik fags
>Magik fags are loud and annoying neckbeards
>Magik fags every where
>there will never be a Superman movie as well received as the fucking DEADPOOL MOVIE
Are we living in the end times?
>>80999966
I'm pretty sure Superman, was well received
>>80999966
We're living in Bizarro World
Guardians of the Galaxy and Ant Man are better received movie headliners than Batman and Superman.
The Deadpool movie was well-done. What do you expect?
