Anyone else feel like the finale was a little over-dramatic and rushed? A lot of that Matt/Elektra dialogue was operatic at best (the relationship itself felt way too inconsistent, but thats another thread entirely). It wasn't nearly as bad a finale as JJ, but as a whole I think season 2 hit its stride whenever Frank or the Kingpin were on the screen. I have a feeling we'll be getting a mix of Punisher MAX and Born Again for season 3, with Bullseye tearing shit up left and right.
Also what happened to Foggy/Karen? I understand she's essential to Born Again...

What sense does it make for The Punisher to exist in the Marvel universe? Being immune to bullets or superstrength aren't precisely rare. All logic dictates that the first time he tried to go against a superpowered person he'd get turned to gibs within minutes, no matter what kind of military training he got.
It's even more bullshit than Batman doing the same, because Batman at least has other "superpowers" than his enormous plot armor in the form of money and a supposedly genius-level intellect. And with his track record, organized crime from...

Beautiful Darkness is more about a reversal of fairy-tale ideals and the decay of society WITHOUT altruism. The story never implies people are inherently bad, just what happens when childish/simple characters are thrust into a world far too complex for them.

Please don't pay to see this movie. It's vapid, monotonously paced, has first-draft dialogue, middle school plotting, and sets up their expanded universe in the most inorganic way possible. It was a two and a half hour commercial. Finally, Jesse Eisenberg breaks the unconventional-actor-nails-villain streak by being as terrible as everyone imagined.
Man of Steel was way better because at least that was a story.
Please don't pay to see this movie so it fails and together we can make DC great again.
