A lot of contrarians and South Park fans will deny this, but Family guywas a fairly funny, charming show back in seasons 1-3.Sure, there were still a few cringe moments and jokes, but overall it was a good show.
I miss when Seth's style of humor was more corny/cute (Who touched the thermostat?), rather than tryhard and edgy like it is now. I don't know why he changed it.
It sucks that Family Guy's current terribleness overshadows the time when it was actually good, I still like rewatching old episodes occasionally.
Or when people crap on American Dad just because Seth's name is attached to it.

He's wholly owned by them so there are no potential creator disputes like there would be with say, Static
And the Teen Titans cartoons are a big deal
And he's not a derivative of a pre-existing character the way that John Stewart and John Henry Irons are. Although he is a derivative in that his genesis is inexorably tied to a team book, but I guess they figure if that doesn't slow Wolverine down why would it be a factor here?

How would YOU make a Sonic show?
I would basically do an updated and better SATAM type show, ditch the old freedom fighters in favor of Amy and the Sonic Adventure crowd as main support cast, and have it be more in tune with how the games looked in general, with only the better aspects of the anime movie mixed in
