Guys, how does one into 30 second sketches? I know I shouldn't panic after just 1 hour, but I can put down about 2 lines, maybe 3, before the time is up.
Like, I already loose about 2-3 seconds realizing it's time to start again, then 3-4 more seconds deciding where is enough space on the paper to draw (or turning to a new page), and then I only have 20-something seconds to actually take in the picture and draw something.
General time management suggestions? Also, some examples would be appreciated. I'm curious how others do it, and how much can...

start off just doing stick figures in that postion
once you can do stick figures in 30s (shouldn't take long), move on to tube skeletons
keep working your way up through the layers of abstraction, the 'lesson' isn't about just drawing as much as you can in a short time, but learning how to convey as much detail as you can in as few lines as possible

I never understood the whole obsession of the discount anime design with cartoons.
The artwork looks kinda like something you'd see on the cover of a PS1 game.

So I'm really out of the loop with DC at the moment (I heard it got rebooted again and Watchmen are part of the new continuity?) but what the unholy fuck is this shit about 3 Jokers? The last DC book I read was Endgame and they'd already attempted a Joker twist. Why do another one?

It wasn't rebooted. The New 52 is pre Flashpoint DC but with time removed. The only things different going forward are Wally is back as is post crisis Superman. As far as we know only Manhattan is in main continuity and we don't know what's going on with the three Jokers yet but it's obviously going to be more than it seems

No, I dislike it because it adds nothing to his character.
If anything, it just takes away from what made Shredder cool in the first placejust like Mecha-Shredder from the Bay film.
Why do people think these two companies are the same?
Casuals.
But once you read enough comics you realize that they essentially are the same.
Because people have more important things to worry about in their lives than what fictional characters they don't care about are owned by which major company
