good, I don't even know how to read anyway
So I've never actually looked into this until recently. How is it? I know Mr. Dead is behind it. Does that make it good/bad? Tell me more, anons.
His suit is pretty cool.
>>83584661
Pretty decent up until about 80-ish issues in.
>>83584661
It's pretty good, just know that it gets gratuitously violent and gory at times. One page in particular has achieved notoriety on /co/.
>>83584968
I've seen some of the pages. I'm not a fan of the dude's gore fetish, but I don't mind it too much, either. I really think the characters look interesting, though.
>be invited into someone's home, be given warm clothes and a free meal
>destroy their property and treat them like shit
>somehow they're the bad guys
Since when does the trailer park get internet?
I don't know how people can like the first season. IMO the show didn't get good until s2.
They also did it with the sole intention of boning them.
/co/! Do the thing!
OKAY BOLBI DO THE THING REAL GOOD! SLAP SLAP SLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP SLAP SLAP SLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP
Uh, uh... Korra isn't very good! They sacrificed story integrity by splitting up the series into 4 small adventures that Korea breezed through without developing very much! Her struggles were all very shallow and her solutions were contrived and convenient "power-level" victories earned by lazy writing and enabled by her either crying and running away only to come back suddenly stronger for no raisin! The mess that was the interpersonal relations between the main 4 hampered the development of everybody because it ultimately meant nothing! The previous history...

"Like a good neighbooor, State Farm is there!"
The central theme of her character is failure. Discuss.
Now I want to see her parody character in The Venture Brothers.
>>83585930
That could work if Korra was the last avatar and Bryke stick with the theme of the world not needing the avatar anymore
>>83585930
Isn't that all Avatars, fucking up then fixing, until your best friend kills you.
So what was really the message of this comic that no one really gets?
There's not a white and black, only grey?
The means justify the ends?
A lesser evil is needed sometimes?
>>83585914
That's it's wrong for the action of one individual to make a choice for everyone, even if it is for the safety of everyone else.
That when you're feeling blue, you don't get erect.
>>83585914
There is no meaning. It's all just toys for Geoff johns to play with.
Will he be Marvel's next EIC?
>>83585680
Nope.Sorry Brevoort
>>83585680
Marvel?

Aww she's so pretty
The Viper is coming...

That no good prevailer of evil! We should immediately contact the mayor and have him ask all the shops around town that sell nuclear missiles to see if any of them sold to those terrible twisted terrorists.
why would a window cleaner leave cryptic messages like that?
>>83585454
My favorite thing about Gotham was that they had a straight up supermarket style black market complete with bored employee on the intercom and muzac.
Amazed at how a comic this good managed to be published in the most boring Marvel era. Loved everything about it. How is it selling compared with Bendis shit and SWJ pandering?
It's among the lowest selling Marvel books. 19k copies in April.
Obviously, Bendis's books outsell it handily. As for SJW books...depends on what you consider them. It beats Unbeatable Squirrel Girl by about 1000 physical floppies (although it's probably lower digitally).
>>83585318
What are some other non pandering books from Marvel besides this one and Carnage?
>>83585627
Nighthawk
Would you watch Space Jam 2 if it had the following?
http://fried-ricer-man.deviantart.com/journal/How-to-Make-Space-Jam-2-The-Greatest-Movie-Ever-612899589
No. Space Jam is popular and beloved because the novelty behind it was so odd and part of it's time period it became a sort of "So bad it's good" cult classic. The film itself is fairly mediocre and the strangeness behind it can only really work once.
Space Jam is pure undiluted 90s. It couldn't be done again.
>>83585404
Which is why they should just go full retard with it and make a film that just basically a two hour long shitpost.
It's the only option.

>Lady Klaus Nomi
This is going to haunt my nightmares
who's Klaus Nomi?
>>83584800
If they wanted a female Thor so bad why didn't they just give Sif a series?
>>83584194
They did.
Surprise, no one bought it.
>>83584194
Because a strong female hero who has Chemo sounds more empowring than a legit Asgardian Warrior.
>>83584219
Because it was fucking out of character shit.
Would you?
Honey butt-turd
I would dip my butter in her honey
>>83583960
to patty, to marcie, even to sally in a few years (right now it would be cruel because she would fall hopelessly in love with me and she's just too young, and anyway she belongs with linus and he can't compete with me calling her honeybutter)
but to lucy? more like chunky butterface
