I bet they would have fought for the jack-o-lantern face. If you look at the concept art for Winter Soldier there were dozens of designs that were fine but looked nothing like the comics. Seeing what we got in the final film they clearly rejected them all for not being like the books.

This. The only value I place on a comic is my enjoyment of it. If I end up not enjoying a series then I put it in the trade/sell box to take back to my LCS for credit. As for storage, it's just longboxes.
I am steadily working on collecting all of v2 of Daredevil. I'm down to like 15 issues needed.
