Kinda hard to do the games justice when most of the comics don't even follow the games. And thank God they don't. On another note its sad that the Mega Man comics are getting cancelled. They actually follow the games and are pretty good.
I don't think there's much justice to be done to the games. They don't deserve it for the most part, lets be honest. The post reboot comic series has been top-notch for cherry picking the best content and characters from every iteration of Sonic and stitching it all together seamlessly. It's a crime it's not the "prime" Sonic universe.
