Frank isn't always a "meticulously plan shit out" kinda guy. Occasionally he runs across shit he doesn't approve of and deals with it in the Frankest way possible. It might not always be the most objectively correct and best solution to the problem, but I don't think Frank really cares, especially with shit like this.
