Who draws the best women in comics, and why is it Alan Davis?
Xaime
The one who doesn't objectify them.

>Alan Davis
Good taste. That's my artfu, anon.
Never watched this, does it still hold up?
Yeah I'd say so
Just finished watching through the Brak Show, and that still holds up as well.
I think the great thing about absurdist humor is it almost always holds up.
I mean I can't think of a series that did it well that I don't still love; all the early adult swim stuff, monty python, mr show, monkey dust
is there any instance where it doesn't hold? Genuinely curious now.
>>84339397
Actually with this show there's a bit of humor, that I can't really describe, I guess I'd just call it "2007 internet humor" that's kind of the predecessor to so randum.
Not much though.
Also, and this is more a personal problem, I tend to cringe during the interviews because the people seem to have no clue what the fuck is going on or where they are and don't really know how to respond to this really weird show. It's very awkward. That may be the appeal to some people.
why

I feel so bad for folks with third persons face/head type
>>84337251
lmao what the fuck
>>84337251
I don't see that fat chick everyone was hating on
>Sorry guys, my bad
>>84336775
Batman, you weren't supposed to rape ALL of them!
Don't a lot of the leaguers have plans for taking out their fellow leaguers should they go rogue? I know Hal does(step one:geek the speedster first).
>>84336775
What did you even eat, Bruce?
Secret Six, Thunderbolts, or Suicide Squad? Who has the best runs?
Thunderbolts had Busiek, Ellis and Parker as core writers, so they win in the matter of best runs for me. Besides Suicide Suad and Secret Six seemed it really worked with one or two specific writers (ex: Ostrander and Simone)
But on the other hand, I like all of them OP. Is really hard to pick the most favorite team since each one have lots of greats moments.
>>84336680
secret six with bane was extremely nice, I enjoyed thunderbolts until pic related (read it from the start till then).never really read suicide squad
>>84336680
The original Ostrander Suicide Squad is dope as hell and still holds up. Came out during that late 80's/early 90's era that I think of as "peak DC". Suicide Squad, Hawkworld, O'Neill/Cowan Question, Grell Green Arrow, Emerald Dawn, Morrison Animal Man, Ostrander Spectre, Chaykin Blackhawk, Byrne Man of Steel, the end of Moore's run on Swamp Thing, literally countless prestige format minis...
"Classic" Thunderbolts with Zemo is great stuff, can't go wrong with Busiek...

Fuck this gay earth.
Booyah! Its Vic here! Just got back from playing some all american FOOTBALL! Working up a sweat.
Hey guys I love to work out in the sun and exercise my body. I still got to keep my bio muscles at optimal strength. But you know after a long day of work my and your body produces lots of sweat and natural oils. Its important to take a good shower to clean the body. I take my showers as a time to clear the mind, really wash away any of the daily popups and put yourself at ease. Its not only important to keep your body healthy, but your mind healthy as well. I take that time...

Why are you so... detailed, Cyborg?
>>84336548
Well you see raven appart from how TTG portrays my character, I actully am a very thought provoking individual. My technology understanding must be very analytical to integrate and repare new parts into my cybornetic body. And so the analytical mind translates into a poetic mind when I have to think using emotional logic to ease my mind into a resting position to clear all possible ailments. Its not uncommon for someone such as myself to take fine tuned notice to specific details weither we describe temperature of...

So, does anyone watch this? It apparently just started airing on Disney XD with little announcement.
From what little I saw of it, it looks like it's just Star Vs The Forces of Evil, but gayer.
>>84336314
i caught on some of it
it alright
i don't know reminds me of kick buttowski
Fagbone?
no cute girls?
what were they thinking?
Also yes it does.
You're such pathetic mess of a human. You have no social life, no accomplishments, no friends or even a girlfriend at that. I bet you're an unemployed slob who lives off welfare in your parent's trashy basement.
>>84336240
You know what's funny?
I can snap and kill every mother fucker in your school if we met IRL.
Seriously, think about it. I'd have your windpipe crushed and your eyes gouged out before you would even know what's happening.
Little girl, you talk big shit. Watch yourself.
>>84336240
>I bet you're an unemployed slob who lives off welfare in your parent's trashy basement.
Man I wish.
That would be so less stressful than working part time and not ever getting a call back from all the real job offers.
>>84336362
I miss the NEETlyfe, fulltime jobs are absolute cancer
This comic blew my mind today. I've seen this comic plenty of times before and I thought it was funny but for all the wrong reasons (probably because I only took a cursory glance at it, chuckled, then moved on. BUT LO AND BEHOLD I ONLY JUST SCRATCHED THE SURFACE.
The entire time I thought the punchline closed on the image of a soldier, having discovered the way out of the city, rushed to join his squadron so that he can lead them to the exit and he and his squad mates could finally go home for a much thwarted rest. But as he was about to show them the way, a stray enemy...

What the fuck sort of meme is this?
You are slow, anon
>>84336708
He's not alone.
I always saw it as him getting sniped.
>Grow up watching a cartoon
>The main character teaches you morals that you will forever know growing up
Let's take Popeye for example
>Eats vegetables in order to get Big and Strong
>Fights off rapists because raping is bad
>Because he is your hero and you want to be like him, you follow these good examples in his footsteps
AND THEN
>WB decides to make a movie of him
>Doesn't give a shit about Spinach, only cares about stopping rapists
>Eats a bunch of candy and junkfood, but is somehow still big and strong
>In the final fight against Bluto, he eats a metric shitton of candy so that he can defeat him
>Realizes that he's fighting a good guy. Eats McDonalds to take out the bad guy
>This is the icon that kids grow up with
NOW do you guys see the problem?
I don't care what Bob Kane did in the 30s, that Batman isn't my Batman
I don't even know what you're talking about right now. Movies or something?
Bob Kane did nothing in the 30s or any time after that
>NOW do you guys see the problem?
Not really. You're pretty shit at analogies.
So, just thought of something regarding Lark.
>Lark's costume is yellow and black
>Watchmen trade paperback is yellow and black
>Watchmen are now in the DC universe
Lark confirmed joining Watchmen?
>>84335636
this diversifaction has gone TOO FAR this time
>>84335669
It has?
Batman's been a historically dark franchise. It's only fitting he gets a sidekick to reflect that.

Wait, so he's working on another OGN while writing an ongoing series WHILE drawing that series' each variant cover. Holy shit, if he actually pulls it off he'll be quite the workhorse.
>>84335778
it's not an ongoing for what I get. It's a graphic novel like Seconds. And from his sketches he was working on it from a whileAnd I want to fuck the girl
>>84335627
>>84335918
Looks less cartoony than Scott Pilgrim and Seconds.
Because they're better than Craig/Tweek.
>>84336157
You are as silly as you are wrong.
OnlyStylecould possibly be better.
Has SP ever done an episode focusing on Criags gang instead of the guys?
Because that would be a cool episode.
