>And hey, Jane's "Thor" series ("Thor" and "Mighty Thor") have always sold better than when Odinson was still Thor, so we're not too worried about "Mighty" being able to hold its own against "Unworthy." People really love Jane as Thor!
Double Thor books confirmed. Get hype

He's wearing a shirt in Unworthy Thor so what's the point?
>>84357731
aye the gods are cruel and withholding

>And hey, Jane's "Thor" series ("Thor" and "Mighty Thor") have always sold better than when Odinson was still Thor
Which is still fucking baffling, you'd think the hype would've died by now, meanwhile Carol Danver Captain Marvel barely hold its own and is getting relaunched AGAIN.
>a hero with superstrength hits someone too hard and kills him by accident
Has it ever happened and been treated seriously?
It was pretty much the turning point for superboy prime.

Didn't it sort of happen with Kid Miracleman? Like once he realised how powerful he was and all and didn't have to give a fuck. I remember he beating a mugger and kissing that woman or something.
>Following the death of Captain Cold in LEGENDS OF TOMIRROW's season finale, it was revealed that Wentworth Miller had signed an unprecedented deal making him a series regular in not just one of The CW's DC Comics adaptations, but all of them. Now, TV Line reveals that John Barrowman has done the same thing, meaning he'll be a fixture of not just ARROW, but the network's other properties too.

For what purpose?
Good, take them both away from Arrow and we're golden. Merlyn could shine in LoT and Cold could kill it in SG.
>>84357209
Ugh
At least it's not That Which Will Not Be Spoken.
>>84357209
>For what purpose?
So that he can make dramatic, yet inexplicable appearances in everyone's bases and not just Ollie's.

Whiz Comics is considered the best cape comic from that era, at least.

I don't know why, but that trailer feels like early season 1 kind of humour

The 2nd half's really promising though.

ITT: Bad animated movies people like to pretend are "unappreciated"
>>84355374
I liked that movie...
>>84355399
Shhh, it's okay to share your shit taste
It's not bad, but it's not very good. It has its moments.
Is it any good?
Not really.
>>84354541
Depends on who you ask. It's not bad - meh at best in my book, MJfags think it's Lucifer's literal shit.
>>84354541
It is worth a read if you can read it for free and have nothing better to read
otherwise it should be ignored
What went wrong?
They made it a musical.
Also the main character was weak and it was probably one of the weirdest takes on the Arthurian legend.
Medieval theme cartoons suck.

U wot?
>When Superman reaches maturity, he discovers that he can leap 1/8 of a mile, hurdle 20-story buildings, "raise tremendous weights", outrun a train, and "that nothing less than a bursting shell could penetrate his skin".
Would old school slightly-less-OP Superman have made for a more interesting superhero?
Yes.
>>84353811
No, also fuck you.
>>84353811
Yes.

I was ready back in 2014
Does /co/ like this show too or is it just for preteen tumblrinassuch as myself, deep inside.
>>84352855
we like the show
there just is only so much to discuss, I mean the show finished airing like months ago
hopefully Season 2 will be coming soonish and we will probably get some more news about it at SDCC
To be fair it is just a monster of the week show with a kinda mix of superhero and magical girl tropes, but that doesn't stop us from liking it
It's a weird show for me. They made an old cartoon for merchandising, with all the pros and cons that come with that. It cheaps out and reuses animation constantly to fill time and can be corny to a flaw, but it genuinely made its own super hero and harkens back to the fun old days of hero vs villain light hearted fights.
I would like it a lot more if it ended the season on a bigger bang. Jackie Chan Adventures is an example of this kinda show done better, where despite being mostly self contained episodes, they had a season long plot that they drove to the end and...

were you not paying attention to some of the later episodes?
Hawkmoth knows who Chat Noir is now, there is no way that isn't gonna come up and he isn't gonna try to attack Adrien more directly
Be brutal.
>>84352633
You're aping The Oatmeal.
Works better without the dialogue. Bretty gud tho, can relate.
>>84352633
If you remove the dialogue boxes it becomes higher in quality due to the reader's imagination filling in the blanks.
