DXD is a satelite channel but when Disney sees numbers that are normal for those kinds of channels they think the show isn't doing so well and cancell it.

Between Civil War, World War Hulk, and Secret Invasion, shit is not looking too good for the Marvel Universe. To top it off, Norman Osborn has been made Director of SHIELD (now renamed HAMMER).
The Baxter building took some serious damage up to this point, but the F4 are rebuilding and moving forward.
