DC's street-level is usually just the Batfamily and a bunch of other guys who typically work alone.
Marvel's street-level feels like a kind of costumed neighbourhood watch where everyone knows each other and they all have a kind of rapport which allows them to work together more effectively.
I have to say, I do prefer the vibe street-level Marvel gives off.It's kind of like a street-level version of the Justice League with looser ties.

Why are people OK with changing characters to make them minorities instead of giving minorities characters to call their own?

So far I think the psych ward goes something like:
>Dora meets with Bobby, has a chat about how he got her out of solitary and wants to help her with her aggression problems
>Gets sent to Von Drake in the ward who sets up the tests?
>Dora meets the padded cell inmates, notices many of them have stands
>Von Drake believes stands are a mental illness and is trying to treat these hallucinations
>Membrane is also in the ward doing maintenance on RoboDale, meet Wall-E here?
>While Dora is being tested and assessed, she gets chores to do (meet Pericles here?)
>Suzie comes in to get her meds (I assume she has meds for depression), goes through several emotions about seeing Dora alive again, explains most who are sent to solitary don't come back alive
>That bit about Suzie speculating that Dora's stand power is just the power to see stands can probably go here after Dora reveals she still hasn't manifested one

It had been my intention to do the whole series today, but I'm probably going to do half today and half tomorrow.
Now, as issue 13 shows their first day of camp, I'm going to start there since I feel it better introduces the characters and go in production order from then on.

I just got caught up with him, and they can't leave it like that. Aracely is adorable, but seems to have fallen off the planet. Meland was in ICU law we saw. Everyone else seemed to shun Khaine, but he never gave them a proper chance to react. Houston is again Spiderless.
This cannot stand! Fuck the Spider-Verse (except Mayday having a role), let the characters go back to their solo books (or have solo books again).
