Is this accurate /co/?

Regarding what?
UG is being cancelled, that's true, but a lot of cartoons are having a bad time, considering TTGO massive presence on the channel and that without counting SU constant hyatuses.
Think it's missing your new favorite show Teen Titans Go.
Tell something, /co/. What did Marvel Studios do right over Fox when it comes to villains?
I mean, Zemo was awesome and all the critics loved him in Marvel's Captain America Civil War.
But all the Critics hated Apocalypse (from X-Men Apocalypse).
Why is that?
What did Zemo do right that critics loved him? What did Apocalypse do so wrong that Rotten Tomato critics hated him?
Apocalypse accomplished way more than Zemo
Namely because Apocalypse is basically a mutant god
>>84009082
Zemo was subtle.
Which is really rare for a comicbook villain and a breath of fresh air.
Apocalypse is just another loud idiot with a boring motivation.
>>84009082
Zemo is the best villain capeshit has had in a long time.
Zemo doesn't have a master plan, he calls audibles the whole way through and is looking for evidence he knows will tear the avengers apart.
Zemo's first plan (interrogating the Hydra agent) didn't work. The Hydra agent told him nothing and took the "1991" information to the grave. So Zemo's next plan is to get the international intelligence community to find Bucky, because Zemo does not have the resources to...

Why was this amount of cleavage allowed in a cartoon on Cartoon Network?

No clue
Why do DC cartoons get away with boobage and sex jokes?
>>83877717
I want BATB back
I want a conclusion to YOUBG JUSTICE
Cartoon Network has completed it's transformation into a channel thats unwatchable.
NIKE has a cartoon channel?

Nippelodean.
At least Boomerang's playing good stuff, yeah it sucks but most of us have become numb to the TTG menace long ago.
And literally no one likes nĂ¼-PPG so there's no way it can last too long. I did just see a little girl watching classic PPG on the bus though, I suppose I can maybe thank it for getting kids interested
Is it wrong to find her sexier BECAUSE of the eyepatch?
Why the fuck does she look like that Assassin bitch Iroh fucked from Last Airbender?
This leads to so many questions. How did she lose her eye? How long ago did she lose it? Why does she work in a seedy part of San Fransokyo collecting betting money for bot fights?

I wish waifufags would die off already.
Post and say something nice about Cyclops, /co/

He's right.
He was right.
How did they go from a collection of edgelord shit to the best publisher in business? What are you favorite finished and ongoing series?
>>84008537
Have read at least 4 issues of all of the following, but read up to the current issue of most of them:
Alex + Ada
Black Science
Chew
Invincible
The Manhattan Projects
The Maxx
Nailbiter
Rat Queens
Saga
Sex Criminals
Spawn
Nailbiter has been the most disappointing for me so far. Started out really strong, but now the pacing is all over the place, characterization is garbage, it reads more like bad fanfiction than an Image comic.
What do you guys think?
>>84008537
They were founded in the 90's, which we all know was edgelord central.
>best publisher in the business
good
fucking
joke
Image is literally just a receptacle for failed TV pilot scripts and failed movie scripts. That's it. Pretty much everything they have ends up running out of steam within 10 issues and mindlessly trudging along if it continues past that point.
(This isn't to say that there's nothing good. Just that, if you're talking about Image as a *brand*, then it's no better than Big2 or their imprints.)
Reaction image thread.
Starting off with brand new fresh OC.

>you can stop time for 10 seconds
>your time gets stopped too
>>84008051
...
How would you *know*?
>>84008051
I dunno... if it was localized it might be useful.
>See bank robbery in progress
>Call Cops
>Stop time in 20ft radius around yourself
>Keep stopping time for 10 seconds until cops arrive.
>>84008088
Is this a real thing?I really hope it is and becomes cannon

>Mjolnir is being treated like toilet paper
POETRY
that pun tho
>>84008004
It's funny because toilet paper guards asses from being covered in faeces.
Is this worth a watch? I didn't like MoS that much. Is this movie an improvement over it's predecessor?
It's a little choppy. Wait until the ultimate edition, which comes out digitally on 6/28. The extra scenes really smooth it out and it's much better than the theatrical cut.
>>84007720
Not much, it was a little too long of a movie. I don't think the DVD will do any better since it's 30 minutes longer.
I liked it better than MoS. it's very much a direct sequel though so it's tonally similar.
So, how do you guys feel about the prospect of the movie's supporting cast being comprised mostly of OCs, including an original long term love interest?
>>84007508
Don't care.
If it's good, it's good. Wouldn't be the first time an adaptation took those liberties and turned out well.
>>84007508
Good! All of Spidey's supporting cast have been raped over the years
Let them die
His oldest archnemesis will always be knows as THE auteur of comicbooks for generations to come.
His youngest archnemesis will always be known for being the comic book guy that made it into Hollywood.
Is /co/ the only place where Grant Morrison is well loved?
discuss.
>>84007474
Morrison surpassed both
>>84007474
His books used to sell really well from around 1997-2012. /co/ forgets that he was one of the most successful/mainstream writers in the industry for around a decade and a half.
>>84007489
The britbong invasion writers are shit anyway. Manga (when it's not otaku faggotry) and 80s American comics were much better.
Nickelodeon magazine thread?
I remember that I used to spend a few hours in my playhouse to read a bunch of these magazines, unfortunately I only have the wild thornberrys movie issue left
I remember reading the issue that had the actors from Spider-Man 3 and they asked something about breakfast I believe, and Kirsten Dunst's favourite breakfast was some complex thing with one slice of bread. All in all, pretty fuckin comfy magazine, I have great memories of it. I remember putting the 'keep out it stinks' sign on the bathroom or something like that.

Why is Spongebob in his underwear? Is he supposed to be a stripper coming out of a cake?
>>84007259
Man, that magazine was great. It was like the MAD Magazine for kids - just a little bit more crude than it's competitors at Disney and such, a little bit more random, and all the more hilarious for it.
I've probably still got the Spongebob Movie issue in my closet, but my favorite article was the fake advertisement for a colossal new SUV, boasting an actual nature reserve under it's hood (with it's own family of deer)
