So we know that Sburb is a sort of contest played between the forces of Creation (Skaia) and Destruction (the Noble Circle of Horrorterrors). This is a very interesting plot point, but there's almost entirely unexplored. Theoretically, every detail of Sburb should serve some purpose in the terms of this wager and its stakes.
