This was surprisingly shit
I kind of like the episodes from around the first season, with the wonky animation and plots that mostly feel like a bunch of shit happening to/around the characters, because it adds to the sense of them being babies who don't know what the hell's going on.
but yeah, beyond those it's not something I want to rewatch. just felt boring and slow to me in a way that some other cartoons from around the same time don't.
Pretty much all the episodes after Dill arrived and before Kimi are GOAT and are rewatchable over and over.
>mothers day
>not the GOAT tear jerker episode
>columbian terrorist joker
>power armor two-face
uh
I think what's even weirder here is that, barring Azrael Batman over there who is technically a different character with his own variation on the Batman costume, this lineup does not have any gimmick Radar Strike or Arctic Grapple or Neon Shuffle Batman figures.

I have all those 7 pack batman unlimited sets. There all so much fun.

>Lobo Solomon Grundy
There are other popular gay ships on Tumblr/Twitter, but this one break these common places and became mainstream, since even normies now ship them. There are articles on mass media publications defending it over Steve/Sharon. I mean, they're cool, but it's not the first time a strong relationship between guys is portrayed.

>There are other popular gay ships on Tumblr/Twitter,
Stopped reading there.
>>82687631
well duh because stucky is better than all other slash pairings. no man in the mcu loves another man as much as steve loves bucky. like he would do almost anything for him.

There's been some massive developments in the ADWSS search

Lanfeust was OK

They usually get Canadian voice actors. Most likely because Canada has a huge French region.

Big Final Issue
Remember that episode of Time Squad where they had to go back to the 1950s to convince a young George W. Bush to study hard so he could get into Yale, become president and make sure 9/11 happens exactly as it was suppose to?
You mean the series finale?
Time Squad was a great show.
Lil Bush was terrible outside of Dick Cheney.
>>82686763
Yeah, I don't think George W. was every in danger of not going to Yale.
Watchmen proved that comic-accurate costumes can work in live-action
of course it did, based Snyder is a true pop artist, shame the plebs can't see that and all they want is ebin quips
Proved as in used in a short intro montage that's deliberately supposed to look retro?

Not sure if trolling ....
Is there a tpb which covers the start of Chris Claremont's X-men run? Because right now, I don't really know where to start, availability is also kind of a problem in my country, so if I order from abroad, I want to get the right stuff.
>>82686093
There's like 3 Omnibuses of Claremont's run so far, I'd recommend them. you can try the Masterwork collections too I suppose
the line up everybody knows and loves begins at Giant Size X-menby Len Wein and Dave Cockrum, then go to Uncanny X-men 94 till 279
New Mutants comes in around the Brood saga
and I don't know shit about Excalibur. Late 80s I wanna say
>>82686423
Thanks anon, I'll have to look these up.
>>82686093
I'm not sure I'd recommend Claremont's run for a new reader. Sure, it has most of the classic stuff, but it's also really 80's whacky and cheesy.
An alternative starting point is Morrison's New X-men and going from there.
Well, now I'm depressed. The mom did everything wrong, though.
>>82685952
the only thing wrong she did was marry clay
clay was still a fucked individual and is at fault for everything he does to orel
>>82685988
She tricked him into marrying her just because she had marriage fever.
>>82686008
I'm aware
but that doesnt change that what clay did to orel over the years was his own doing
Fuck this movie is really good if the upcoming wonder women film is even half as good as this it will be a huge hit.
That one (possibly 2 but it was a half second shot so I would need to check frame by frame to make sure I definintly only noticed the possibility because it was a few minuites after the first one) scene where they dident animate the background characters when literaly every other scene in the movie has everybody in shot moving unless they were auctualy still for a reason was really jaring.
Also some minor pacing issues about 3/5 in

>don't talk about a comic cartoon on the comics and cartoons board
>>82686067
Yes. Welcome to 2016.
Even then, you're trying to talk about Wonder Woman on /co/. That alone means you should fuck off, moron.
>Remember that really old movie, "The Empire strikes back"?
I don't understand why /co/ and /tv/ autists get so triggered by this part, it was a LIGHT-HEARTED JOKE.
Even assuming a 15 year old has watched the originals, it's still a pretty damn old movie - nearly 36 years old. When a movie or a TV show hits 20+ years old, that's when it starts becoming "old" and ready for nostalgia-consumption.

Spider-Man not knowing what hoth or an ATAT is was pretty retarded

This. He's supposed to be some science nerd who invented his web shooters but he doesn't know Star Wars?
I'm feeling a little overexposed to capeshit at the moment, what are the essential non-capeshit recs? Anything not on here that you recommend?
I would love to give you a bunch of suggestions but
a) I am in the middle of story time
b) do you realize how big a task you just asked random people to do for you?
No qualifications, no specifications about what kinds of stories you like.
The list you are asking for is near endless, just saying.
>>82686267
Was just kinda expecting people to namedrop a comic or two they liked, I'm not asking for an essay on every single good non-cape comic
>>82686360
Like a Velvet Glove Cast in Iron is pretty good
any european comic will fir you I fucking love them.
Anybody go to see this movie? I heard it was good. Dr. Tran had a stellar performance, as usual.
