The villains know; the issue is they either don't have the time, the motivation (some who did have motivation definitely went out of their way to attack it), or even the faintest of a shit to give about it unless Sector V is actively fucking them up.
That and Sector V is surprisingly competent and always ends up beating the tar out of the villains (save for some hilarious exceptions) and that most of the "evil adults" aren't actually that evil in the first place.

Does anyone else think the designs of the characters in Codename Kids Next Door are similar to that of Charlie Brown/Peanuts? I have heard a few others say this online and while the knd style is unique it does have a resemblance to peanuts because of the dot eyes, large heads, etc.
I come from the city where the creator of peanuts lived and I really enjoyed both cartoons and their art style too
