Huh, why didn't his name pop up in my head while I was thinking of who would fill in for Capullo? Anyway, I'm sure we all knew the artist chosen would be a great one.
I'M JUST GLAD THAT HE'S FROZEN IN THERE AND THAT WE'RE OUT HERE
That's not the sheriff!
Hey, I just remembered

Why the fuck did this show make Mega Man so buff? And a teenager?
>"Well, first it’s going to be a movie. I’d like for it to be an exploration of a human being, a multi-dimensional human being, to speak." Miller began, before pausing and adding, "Wow, I just made such a pun, without meaning to!" (in reference to The Flash's history of parallel universe storylines in the comics). "I'd like the character to have many dimensions," he continued, "But really, I’d like him to have the usual dimensions we know and love, and then some extra ones that are part of the amazing consideration of this superhero. I hope to realize him as a person, and I think what’s most exciting for me in superhero mythologies is when we feel the humanity of someone who is heroic — or the heroism of someone who is a flawed, deeply human person."

I'm interested, but it's hilarious to me everyone that is asked about the movie just awkwardly fumbles some non-answers.
Gee, that sure is informative.
He literally said nothing. No information at all. What a pretentious twat
>>77505178
I still don't care for this pretentious cunt, nor do I care for /co/s homolust for the guy after he gave some interview stoned.
What characters do you feel could be much better if only they got some attention/decent writing?
Pic related, he was the highlight of an otherwise mediocre run.
when does he fight ryu
Fuck you and your shit taste.
I thought Akuma was used a lot
EVERYONE GET IN HERE!
I'm the guy that suggested Superman and Icon have an ongoing monthly team-up fighting Intergang in Metropolis.
Superman and Icon play basketball with the inner-city youth, and they help kids in trouble of falling through the cracks regain their bright and promising futures.
So.. Anyway..
I was thinking how interesting it is that in the 90s and early 2000s there was a huge push for black heroes, then it just dropped off the face of the Earth.
So, I present to you.
The Electric Company.
Founding/Reoccurring Roster:
Steel
Mr. Terrific
Cyborg (Yes I know he's a full-time Leaguer, but bear with me.)
Steel: John Henry Irons, aeronautics engineer with NASA, until budget cuts sent him home to Metropolis, and to work as a common construction worker. Superman's arrival (MoS) inspires Irons to build a super suit and help out. "One man can't do it alone."
Victor Stone: College football quarterback headed for the Big Leagues until a cosmic accident robs young Vic of his promising future. In an attempt to save his son's life, Doctor Stone merges Victor's DNA with an experimental Kryptonian living metal. With help from Superman, Cyborg was born. "Half man, Half machine.. All hero!"
Mr. Terrific: Michael Holt is the world's second smartest man, a title barely anyone remembers him for. Consumed by jealousy Michael dons the alias of Mr. Terrific and starts a gang called "The T's". What follows is a cyber crime wave unlike anything Metropolis has ever seen. When Superman stops the Ts from blowing up Metropolis' central fiberoptic lines, Mr. Terrific nearly kills him with an electric shock measuring in the gigawat range. Overcome by guilt, Mr. Terrific abandons the fight, but is later freed from prison by Superman, who plead for Michael's freedom sighting that his genius could be used for great advancements in technology and the human condition. Superman acts as Mr. Terrific's parole officer.

>No Dakota-verse.

>No Dakota-verse
This is OP.
I don't like the Dakota-verse because it feels like "you keep your black characters here, and we'll keep out white characters here." The Dakota-verse is almost entirely dedicated to black themes, and black issues. I don't like the idea of segregation in comics.
With intense issues like Rape, Genocide, and Abortion being tackled in the regular DC universe, there's no reason to take this black heroes and buckle them into a 'black only' sub-universe. I think it defeats the purpose of having a regular and consistent community of heroes, regardless of their race.
>>77505101
I like the team idea, it could be pretty great - and also Steel is very underutilised nowadays, he's hardly even a c-lister but has solid b-list potential imo.
Not a huge fan of the Cyborg pic in the op, though, but that's not really related.
>>77505244
steel's problem is that he's not cool if one specific story doesn't happen
he saw superman die and said "well i guess i better go to the basement and build a suit of armor because all this crime isn't going to fight itself" and thats badass
new 52 steel is just generic armor guy, who cares
I know its early for this thread but I just watched a new clip for tonight's episode

Well there's that surprise spoiled, Miles or Hobby Brown as Spidey joins Uncanny
With all the werewolf talk in the Halloween threads on here this past October, I'm surprised this wasn't mentioned.
>>77504509
Halloween was over 2 weeks ago. But this episode was good.
>>77504927
I know, I'm just saying that I hadn't heard of it till now. There aren't enough werewolf girls, and she seems like FOTM material.
>>77504509Where is the porn?
What'll it be, /co/?
A Flaming Homer.
One homosexual burning sensation.
PRUNE JUICE chilled
Do you think they'll let him be happy when this is all over?
>>77504451
I'd say he's more happy than anyone else in South Park. He's made to eat a lot of shit, yes, and while eating said shit he's miserable, but he doesn't let it bring him down.
>>77504451
Safe Space~

Something tells me he will bring reality back.
Holy crap DC's putting good writers on shitty books!
http://www.dccomics.com/blog/2015/11/16/announcing-new-dc-comics-creative-teams-for-february-2016
>>77504378
>Tim Seeley on New Suicide Squad, Dan Abnett on Aquaman, Greg Pak on Teen Titans
FUCK. YES.
>>77504378
Wow. All three are improvements. Righteous! Maybe Teen Titans will stop being total garbage like its been for the past 30 years.
>>77504378
I'm sure these books will be good now, but none of these writers look like they will actually help improve sales. It's like when they put Jeff Parker on JLU, helps the book, but not sales, which is what DC needs.
Namor iskill
http://comicbook.com/2015/11/16/marvel-squadron-supreme-kills-namor-dead/
LOL.
And on his 75th anniversary, no less.
Marvel gives no shits for the Sub-Mariner, it would seem. It's been a rough year for the character in general (and that's not even getting into the whole getting jobbed by Black Panther thing).
>>77504187
It'd be jobbing if it was Namor who beat Black Panther.
Good fucking riddance. He had it coming for a while now.
