Nothing but autism and unfunny jokes everywhere
If we don't practice, we'll never defeat /mu/ in the battle of the bands, and then no one will go to prom with us!
All because of a girl named Kitty PrydeWhy Aaron still works at Marvel if Brevoort and Alonso clearly have preference for Team Bendis.
Bendis? That shitty writer Bendis?
>>77499368
Yep. The writer.
Which side are the other writers on?

Will he be the best MCU villain?
Not like the competition is world class, so sure. Someone's got to be the fastest cripple in the race.
>>77499195
Well, he is unapologetically evil and will actually get developed.
Marvel does not have many villains who are really developed outside of turning up and threatening the world.
This doesn't seem creepy enough.
Where do "early South Park" "classic South Park" "transitional South Park" and "modern South Park" all begin and end?
>>77499087
When Mr. Hat died
When Kenny died "for reals".
Early South Park is seasons 1-2. Classic is 3-9. Transitional is 10-12. Modern is 13-Current.
With the exception of a few single episodes, nothing from 13 on is enjoyable. Caricatures of their former selves.
>His favorite VA isn't Claudia Black
*clears throat* (loudly)
>>77499069
But who did she voiced?
>>77499069
Broke my heart that I Morrigan wasn't bisexual.
At least that prevented me from ntr-ing myself by convincing Alistar to fuck my love interest before fighting the Archdemon.
Why didn't he see JFK was a mutant?
He was looking at lots of mutants and only had time to see a few. Who knows maybe Kennedy's mutant power involved supreme inherent mental defense? Or it's entirely possible Kennedy invested in the metal defense tech that magneto has and managed to dodge his scans. In anyone would have the money to buy a mental defense item it's him
Up until the powers that be confirmed that yes, JFK was a mutant, I just took it as Magneto lying, realizing Xavier didn't have his powers at the time.
Realistically, if the bullet curved because of Magneto's interference, it wouldn't have hit the mark if he hadn't messed with it.
>>77499067
>if anyone would have the money to buy a mental defense item it's him
Guess he should've thought of that mental defense item before he got shot in the head
>no ANAD Citizen V reveal and the February solicits are almost here
It could be worse. You could be fan of Reed and Sue. Or Cyclops and Emma Frost. Or original Logan.

Or good comics.

Good comics? On /co/?

Live-Action Cats Don't Dance remake when Disney buys the movie's rights?
>>77498725
i'm going to assume that Don Bluth cashed big dosh with it and is going to make Dragon's Lair.
Poor man's Cinderella.
>Live action remake
Wasn't Anastasia a remake of an old live action movie?
Are we going in circles now?
Past writers /co/ would call SJW
>Jack kirby

He's more of an author since he drew and wrote his stories.

Will you miss Garfield once it ends?
>>77498180
It feels jarring seeing a Garfield strip with smart phones
>>77498180
I will never miss a comic strip more than Calvin & Hobbes.
>>77498180
Is it ending, or are you just posing a hypothetical?
So a question about Transformers, how did it get so.,, "fannish" by that I mean with DC and Marvel, or even stuff like Dr Who, fans eventually take over, it's the natural order of nerdy things, but with TF, you have stuff like Ask Vector Prime and Universal streams and AllSpark Alamancs, that just seem so...fullkf artifice, like there is this entire autism driven subculture of the franchise that has a litle foothold inthe publication, and while I love it when various stry threads and concepts are woven into something new, when that is done as a end to itself it...

Old fan here, the fan universal stream stuff is the fruit of two things.
1- TF fans are really territorial about their nostalgia and want to be told over and over that the old stuff they like is not gone forever.
2- 20 years of interaction between Hasbro staff and fans means that a lot of people have become good friends, some of those friends were already working in the publishing and media business, so some of them got hired into those positions.
So it's exactly what happened with DC and Marvel, except a little crazier and goofier because they don't...

Yeah I understand that I just found t odd, that there is an entiee region of the official lore that is the exclusive domain of fanwank.Like, imagine if Hypercrisis threads were officially published by DC.
>>77498285
Right, but all of that lore is only relevant in their own niches. You're not seeing that stuff outside of the funpub comics (which are only read by hardcore fans that actualy enjoy that inside-joke-ish stuff) and so on.
The people that work on it take it less seriously than fans do because they know at the end of the day they're nothing compared to the people working in the retail-released comics and cartoons.
But not before we'll find food and water.

>They investigate The Slant.
>Turns out its the leaning tower of pizza.
>They great wastes actually span over where the Atlantic ocean once was.
>We discover Holly hates Italian.
>>77498142
Wait a minute. Is the story just going to ignore all those mutts and Quake missiles and shit? I mean, it was right there. Now they're just going to walk away and we never got answer as to what was happening?
Poor form Neathery
>>77498287
There's a giant crater, a lot of sand, and a possible landmark '/' in the distance. They have no rope, a bunch of Dittoes, a kid, and a violent psycho.
Where do you want them to start investigating?
ITT: Books that are literally a parody of themselves.
I was speechless when I read that book.
Is it really literally a parody, or are you just a moron?
>>77498101
Was it really that bad?
