Why don't more western shows commission Japanese studios for fight sequences? I'm surprised shows like Steven haven't done so already.

I'm not as satisfied with this as I am with the 616 one, but here we go anyway.
This was one of the greatest cartoons I've ever seen. I was laughing consistently, the stories were lighthearted and fun for the most part and the characters fit with each other incredibly well.
I am looking forward to season 2 but it's a damn shame the show's gonna turn to shit 'cause the writers wanna make the next Adventure Time/Steven Universe. Sentiment was pretty damn obvious in Blood Moon Ball and Banagic Incident.

Depends on the version of Reverse Flash.
The Zoom version's powers ARE going "super slow". Rather, he slows down time for everyone around him, which is what makes him look like he's fast when really it's just everyone else is being super slow.
That would be Backwards Flash. Reverse Flash runs really fast in the opposite direction, making it look like he's running forward
