It's a mobile game based on the animated series Teen Titans Go! which takes inspiration from the Skylanders games, LEGO Dimensions and the recent Amiibo craze along with a dash of Pokémon, since you collect figures of several DC characters (mostly Teen Titans related characters) and battle other characters with these figures in a virtual setting (although unlike Pokémon, combat is in real time).

Warner Bros will be making some changes to their DC films slate. Justice League Two will no longer be coming out June 14th, 2019 and instead the Man of Steel sequel will be taking its place. The studio will delay the film until July 24th, 2020 and will be taking Green Lantern Corps release date. Green Lantern Corps will be pushed forward and will take Cyborg's release date. The reason for delaying Justice League Two is because the studio wants to flesh out their characters more and Geoff Johns is pushing for Sinestro Corps War for Justice League Two with Hal Jordan and John Stewart playing a big role in the film. Darkseid will still be hinted throughout the solo films. The Suicide Squad sequel will come out October 5th, 2018 and the rumored Birds of Prey will be coming out October 2nd, 2020. Warner Bros will be heavily focusing on their DC properties along with King Kong, Godzilla and Harry Potter Spin Offs.

Dory is def the wrong adversary for Supes if this battle takes place underwater. She also has the speed to dodge sharks which means she can basically outswim Kal.
The real question here is if this is New 52 Dory or not, since they retconned her stealth swim ability in the movies. As long as Dory can tire him out and play it safe, she should win.
