for strong powerhouse heroines yes. if they are more of the street level crime fighter I'd say a good fit athletic build is good. if they just have powers that aren't affect by their physical strength then it doesn't really matter what their body type is at all.

So I like Jim Gordon, I am all for new ideas and the idea of power armor always made sense for batman...
