He fully embraced the piss off the readers for better sales Marvel method. That Squirrel Girl picture with her bashing all the try hard edge of modern comics was written by Slott, who later started writing the same drek he used to hate. Man has a right to change his opinion but its easy to mock and hate him for it. Guy used to write some amazing books, now hes just kinda slogging along with Spider-man.

The start wasn't really that good either. It was just different so you were more receptive to it. Too much of anything is a bad thing.
Because things got popular which prevented other elements to expand. For example, Coulson was such a hit, so they brought him back, which started to overexpose him cause popularity. Currently, they are stuff with so many characters, but can't really go too far because everyone is clamoring for the same faces to appear.
